"Adaptation of the
patients after dental implant against the therapies"
The actual problem of
regenerative medicine is to increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures
aimed at improving the backup
and the adaptive capacity of various organs and systems. In this regard, the development of methods for the prevention of complications
in a new direction of modern prosthetic dentistry - implant
is extremely important and urgent task.
Cases of rejection
of implants are very rare and account for 0.4% - 4%. This
means that the risk of complications
after implantation of teeth is
significantly lower than with classical
bridges.
Benefits of dental implants:
-High aesthetic
effect. Dental implants is externally indistinguishable
from natural teeth.
-Reliability and functionality. Through the use of high technology and durability of implants, you can eat any food.
- Exclusivity. Only with the help of dental implants can restore a single tooth
without disturbing the rest of healthy teeth.
- Small size. Can significantly reduce the size of the prosthesis and reliably attach.
- High service life. Dental implants are 5-25
years old. If you wear can easily be restored by taking the
original appearance.
Given the important
role the state of the natural
resistance of the body in the healing
process, for stomadont and the human body as a
whole would strengthen its
defenses, has a normalizing effect on a variety of structural and functional abnormalities in the periodontal tissues after implantation, and the whole organism.
Therefore, the search for new effective treatments that enhance the regeneration of damaged periodontal tissues,
I still relevant today.
In our study, to
improve the adaptation of patients after dental implants and
prosthetics further we applied the domestic preparation of the new generation has
been widely used in medicine, adaptogenic and immunomodulator
Erbisol. A characteristic feature is its ability to enhance the activity of controlling the homeostasis of body systems and thus affect the
pathological processes in the body,
remaining virtually indifferent to the healthy organism.
Erbisol mechanism of action is based primarily on
the activation of macrophage cells,
which play an important role in the
repair and regeneration. Experimental
and clinical studies have shown that Erbisol is
effective in activating reparative
and regenerative processes and
innate immunity contributes to suppression of inflammation and restoration of functional activity of organs
and tissues has Membrane
stabilizing and anti-oxidant
properties.
The aim of our
study was to investigate the timing
of adaptation and the impact on
them of immunomodulator Erbisol
by monitoring the rate of patients with metal orthopedic
prostheses fixed on titanium
implants.
To study the functional state of the
oral tissues -
facial elected salivation
speed results in 31 patients after implantation of the prosthesis and metal-ceramic fixed
restorations, as the salivary glands
are an objective measure to determine the overall and local disease. Within
the group were identified: subgroup
A (15 patients) -
without the use of therapies and subgroup B (16
- patients) - patients
after fixation of permanent structures in the daily
/ m in the gluteal muscle was administered the drug "Erbisol"
to 1 ml, the
course of 10 days . Also examined 15 healthy individuals who
do not have dental pathology
- a control group. The study was conducted in mixed saliva within 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 months after fixing prostheses implants.
Analysis of the results showed the rate of
salivation that by 1 month follow-up period of prosthetics in the rate of
salivation were statistically insignificant nature in relation to the control
of both studied subgroups.
By 2
months of follow-showed a statistically significant increase in the rate of
salivation and as a sub-group A and in group B, which we regarded as a reaction
to the salivary glands in the prosthesis.
By 3 month after prosthesis was observed cascade
of speed increase salivation in patients of both subgroups, but particularly
pronounced in the subgroup A (without drug therapy Erbisol), where they were
0,95 ± 0,032 ml / min., Which was 39.0% higher benchmarks (p <0,001).
By month 4
in group A were speeds salivation 0,85 ± 0,033 ml / min. Which was 25.0% higher
than the control, while in group B pattern was different, where the values
acquired statistically significant with respect to the nature
benchmarks and were 0,79 ± 0,030 ml / min (p <0,05).
In the
following observation periods of 5-6 months in group A and in group B
performance speed control salivation were approaching.
Thus, the above rate
monitoring salivation when
installing fixed prosthesis to
implant allowed to
come to the conclusion that to
the 2 month after prosthesis
growth rate of salivation
occurs in all studied subgroups, which we attribute to the body's reaction to the prosthesis.
Using immuno "Erbisol"
is a shortened adaptation
to prostheses for 1-1.5 months, which is strong evidence to earlier normalization speed salivation in
patients subgroup B. In addition to the above, patients in the integrated
treatment of which was included immunomodulator and adaptogen
Erbisol , noted
the increase of efficiency, improvement
of health less susceptibility
to colds in the observation
period.
