CURRENT TRENDS OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IN KAZAKHSTAN

As experts consider, the fundamentals of management, not only will be saved in the XXI century, but also get their further development. The development of market economy in Kazakhstan has identified new priorities for the development of production: increasing the competitiveness of products that generated in Kazakhstan; implementing the transition from mining to processing industry; satisfying the growing needs of the population. Therefore became necessary for a new approach to solve the aforementioned problems. Solving problems ensure the competitiveness national products, safety of products; the expansion of exports of national products to the foreign markets was focused on achieving a high level of product quality, the implementation of modern quality management systems.

The objectives of the quality management system are:

 - Increase in the number of enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan that apply world experience of modern management system, also an integrated system.

- Assisting enterprises to develop and implement modern management systems.

- Improving the system of training and certification of experts on management systems.

- Development and improvement mechanisms of encouragement in the area of quality and competitiveness of national products.

Currently, Kazakhstan is experiencing imbalances whole management mechanism. Fatherland Manager in their practice faced with such problems, which absolutely unfamiliar Western managers. Therefore, in these circumstances it is particularly important to obtain new knowledge on the art of management. Building an effective management system in Kazakhstan requires training a sufficient number of professional managers.                                                                                   

Kazakh management generally has positive quality and is based on the education and creativity of our entrepreneurs, stress resistance. Negative symptoms can be called weak management, low interested in the final results of personnel, low salaries, delayed payments, violation of labor laws and imperfect system of personnel management.

Applying quality management system will facilitate the dynamic and qualitative development of Kazakh organizations and enterprises which produces goods and provides services, including consultancy on the development and implementation of management systems, creation in a national system preparation of experts-auditors in the field of management systems that lines with international standards and allows Kazakhstan to integrate into the global community.
