Features of formation of the family budget in Ukraine
Family Budget is the structure of the family income
and expenditure for the definite period. The family's financial situation, the
state of its finance, household performing
functions which provide the necessary consumer demand are determined by
the family budget, that shows the
amount and balance of all kinds of income and expenses of the family. Household
savings and their link with the capital market provide the solution to the
problem of its accumulation that is very necessary for the revival of the
investment activity in the transformed economy.
The family budget is a financial unit, which affects
the distribution of cash flows in the market of goods and services. The dynamics
of the formation of the family budget changes its distribution.
Family finances are the financial block which
influences distribution of money streams at the market of commodities and
services. The change of distribution at the dynamics of family finances
formation.
Under the current market conditions to make the right
strategic decisions the companies need to be informed about the formation of
the demand for specific goods and services.
The Researches related to the study and analysis of
the distribution of the family budget can identify trends of financial flows
from the buyer to the market.
Therefore, in every definite period of time any
enterprise needs information about the
formation of the family budget. This process must be continuous in time. The
family budget is the basis of the
market mechanism and macro-economic processes.
In this work new trends in the formation and
structuring of the family budget are formulated. They are based on the pattern
that describes the dependence between the size of the part of the family budget
revenue and the allocation of expenditures as the percentage. On the basis of
this law the recommendations forming the family budget have been
given
The conducted researchers are based on problems which are
connected with allocation of the expenses of families depending on the size of
family finances. For this purpose the authors conducted the field researches
such questionnaires among the families of city of Dnepropetrovsk. The general amount
made 360 respondents.
The respondents were offered questionnaires with 18
items of expenditure. They were asked to indicate the size of their family
budget and its distribution on the proposed items.
It can be concluded that the film flow more evenly distributed than in the
previous groups. It is justified by the fact that in this household budget
household can afford to spend more on items such as entertainment,
communication, sports, beauty, education, medical services, goods for children,
etc. Share on permanent items of expenditure, such as "food",
"utilities", "communication", "transport" is
reduced.
Based on the data we can formulate a law between the size of the family
budget and the allocation of expenditures. The essence of this rule is that the
larger the size of the family budget, the greater the share purchase items that
are not relevant to the constant object of expenditure. This is due to the fact
that the constant flow of articles of the family budget, household tends to
spend a sum of money, which does not change with an increase in the income of
the family budget. From this it follows that there is a part of funds to be
allocated to the non-permanent categories of expenditure.
