Aerobics and fitness as a method of
making healthy of student young people in the process of teaching in the higher
educational establishment.
Abstract: The
article deals with the significance of doing aerobics and fitness, their
influence on forming the picture of norms and rules of healthy way of life,
increase of general and special capacity, education of physical qualities,
correction of figure, posture, in the process of students educational activity.

Formulation of the problem: one of the most urgent
tasks in conditions of the modern Ukraine is taking care of a healthy nation.
Economic, environmental and political conditions of modern life are constantly
creating stressful situations which are damaging human health and directly a
student. The number of people with disabilities is increasing. It has been
noticed the steady decreasing trend in the working abilities and indexes of the
functional state of pupils and students.
Physical
culture and sport is an integral part of the educational process of university
students.
Tasks
solved by fitness and aerobics are health improvement, vitality increasing, growth of general and special earning capacity,
education of physical qualities, the formation of posture and physical defects
correction, prevention of pathological conditions and occupational diseases,
psycho prophylaxis, gaining vital energy, vitality, cheerful mood, opposition
and resistance to stress.
Analysis of recent research and publications. The volume of workload of university students has become so high that
it threatens with inactivity, and in turn leads to diseases of different body
systems.
Within
studying at the university, the number of sick students increases in 2-3 times,
and the number of students, that have the violation of posture, close to 80-90%
from the general number of students. The key to counteract these negative
consequences of limit of youth motor activity is physical culture and sport,
which are important factors in maintaining and strengthening health,
comprehensive development, improving efficiency and reducing fatigue,
increasing resistance to various diseases while studying at the universities
[1, 2].
The
situation that exists in our country regarding the health of students needs to
find effective means of improving physical training. Also close to increased of
hypodynamia, increased the number of students with different diseases. Both
improving and rehabilitation direction of the educational process are actual.
Search
of effective types and forms of physical education that would promote a healthy
lifestyle of youth is one of important task nowadays. Various kinds of aerobics
are becoming more and more widespread in different educational establishments,
especially in schools, higher educational establishments and sport clubs [3].
Aerobics
includes elements of different dance cultures such as jazz, salsa, belly dance,
rap, hip-hop [6]. As usual training includes warm-up, main part and final part
of the lesson. It should be mentioned as well that the most important component
of each lesson is a rhythm. Music aerobics meets physiological and
psychological features of the female body in the best way. The pleasure of
rhythmic movements and exercises accompanied by significant physiological
changes in the body, improve breathing, circulation of cardiovascular system.
These classes stimulate the nervous system and are related to intellectual and
volitional processes. Aerobics promotes correction of figure, posture,
development of physical qualities of youth [4].
Formulation of objectives
is to identify head trends of impact of aerobics and fitness on the students'
health during the required doing sports at the university.
Conclusions.
Years of experience and practical activity indicate that purposeful physical
training is an effective mean of removing mental tension, improving mental
capacity and caring for health in difficult conditions of students' life.
Doing
both aerobics and fitness at the obligatory classes of physical education
training has positive influence on the somatic state of health of students,
contributes to improvement of the physical qualities of youth, correction of
figure, posture, and improves the emotional state.
Only
through an interest in personal development and self-improvement one is able to
reach healthy lifestyle on his own.
What
the youth like is the combination of music and movements as the component part
of aerobics training, and draws attention to it by its emotionality and
opportunity to improve one’s physical condition.
