Study of physical and chemical parameters of the homoeopathic medicines on the basis of Lilium tigrinum

Presently achievements of medicine resulted in growth of complications and harmful side action of many medications. Thousands of people in the whole world estimated efficiency of homoeopathic therapy due to the maximal closeness of homoeopathic medications (HM) to the organs of patient, absence of toxicity, possibility of the protracted use without tolerance, and also perspective in the ecological and economic relation.

Development of normative base in relation to production, control of quality, realization and rational use of homoeopathic medicines is carried out on the basis of experience of world countries jointly with a native achievements of the system of health care.

With the purpose of further development of homoeopathy development, new homoeopathic medications is a necessity, creation of normative base for their making and introduction in homoeopathic practice.

Native homoeopathic medications are made in a medicinal forms called “ex tempore”.

Granules (43,86 %) are among the medicinal forms of homoeopathic medicines, almost in two times less drops (29,83 %), pills (17,54 %), and least soft medicinal forms: ointments, gels and creams (8,77 %).

In this connection, the search and study of native raw material of vegetable origin is an actual question for creation on its basis of basic medicines and further developments of a homoeopathic medications.

For this reason it is the perspective of conducting researches on creation of homoeopathic medicines on the basis of a Tiger Lily (Lilium tigrinum).

In homoeopathic practice the plant was brought by doctor Paunom in 1967 and grouped among medicines with organotropic actions which affect the female sexual organs. Basic medicines of Lilium coincide with the § 1 of guidance V.Schwabe.

Homoeopathic medicines of Lilium are recommended for the diseases of the nervous system (neuroses, deep depression), coronary vessel system (insult, stenocardia, ischemic heart trouble) and also the diseases of the female sexual organs (dysmenorrhea, adnexitis, endometritis).

To obtain the basic medicines, they used the fresh plant in the flowering period (august). According to §1 guidance V.Schwabe, essence and tinctures were prepared.

For the discovery of amino acid, namely glutaminic acid, a reaction was conducted with nynhydrin and a reaction of resorcinol in the concentrated sulfuric acid with subsequent addition of ammonia solution.

For the discovery of evocative carbohydrates, namely fructose and glucose, a reaction of Selivanov (heating with resorcinol in a muriatic medium) and reaction from 5 % thymol solution in the concentrated sulfuric acid was conducted. The reaction data is in table 1.

In the standards of essence and tincture of Lilium observed the presence of saponines (table 2) on the characteristic painting during the conducting of reactions of San’e (0.5 % alcohol solution of vanillin in concentrated sulfuric acid), reactions of Laphon (10 % solution of copper sulfate and concentrated sulfuric acid), reactions of Erlich (solution of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde in concentrated hydrochloric acid), reactions of Salcovskiy (solution of chloroform and concentrated sulfuric acid) and reactions with formaldehyde in acidic medium.

Data which resulted in table 2 observed the presence of saponines in the standards of the explored medicines of Lilium.

Thus, the actual and perspective of development of homoeopathic medications from medicinal plant raw material of Lilium is proved and also methods of their analysis with the purpose of introduction in work of homoeopathic pharmacies.
