THE
RULES OF THE FORMATION OF PROGRAM MATERIALS IN THE ORGANIZATION
AND
CARRIED OUT OF TRAINING IN HIGH
INSTITUTE
Bologna process is the process in field of nowadays globalize education
occurred in the European Council.
The beginning of the process is due to the Bologna declaration accepted
in June 19, 1999,
at the meeting
of the Ministry of Education held by 29 European countries. The main purpose of
the Bologna declaration is to provide application of the knowledge given to the
students of European educational institutions as well as to increase the
competition of the European education in the world level.
Not
affecting its national values and enriching with these values having got the
deserved place in a world scale Kazakhstan in 2005 joined Bologna process and
has taken the appropriate responsibilities. It is joyful that the Ministry of
Education by improving the preparation to the labor aiming to carry out put
forward the difficult and complicated but at the same time the honorable
mission has created the main base for a range of things by the project “The
main directions of economic and social development of Independent Kazakhstan
Republic in 2003-2005 and since 2015. Our independent country in its
decrees accepted during the last years in this direction about the school is
very important, at first has much been improved the education plan bound with
the credit system, education programs as well corresponding the physical
training to the Bologna system.
The
following general principles have mainly been taken by improving the physical
training program arose from the new decrees about the school: preparation of
the evaluation norms system of the pupils’ knowledge, abilities and habits
using the ball system, the record of possibilities and ways of
interdisciplinary relation in the process of theme learning; provision with the
necessary list of methodic literature; to show the volume of the knowledge and
skills given to the pupils in the process of learning; to show the
interdisciplinary relation; volume improvement of the materials; provision with
the materials to protect the environment; strengthening of the polytechnic
directions; aim and tasks of the discipline; the teaching of the notion and
quality methods, as well as showing the content organization of the training,
cutting of the unnecessary, secondary difficult materials etc.
It is
very important to have the documents in a correct way in order to increase the
teaching of the physical training in comprehensive schools, organize and hold
the different physical training activities The necessary documents for the
physical training and sport could be divided into the following groups:
1. Physical training education;
2. Formation of school physical training staff;
3. Out-of-class and out-of-school health-sport
activities;
4. RDM complex;
5. Doctor’s inspection;
6. Physical training and sport corner and etc.
1.
Education works on physical training. The
teacher working creatively on the program should plan the education materials.
It means, by planning all the means affecting the quality of education should
pay attention to the state of the education sport base at the school, the
quantity and quality of sport equipment, the level of physical development of
the pupils and other means like that. For example, The teacher should not
forget it is very difficult to teach a lesson on the theme “gymnastics with
equipment” in old days of autumn and winter in the open air gymnastics town.
The pupils could not hold the gymnastics equipment in the cold weather. They
might get injured by moving on gymnastics equipment in the cold weather.
Because
in order to perform the gymnastics movements, the optimal heat is needed for
effective work of muscle-bone apparatus. From the other side the children do
not have an interest to perform the movements in the cold weather and as a
result, the effectiveness of the movements are too low. But to perform
athletics movements and engaged in sport games give very good results. Taking
all these into consideration while planning the program materials the teacher
should consider in advance which part of the program and in which condition to
teach and use all the opportunities.
2.
Annual plan-graphics of the program materials.
This document is the annual plan of the program materials and it is planned in
the form of plan-graphics. It is very important to plan the annual plan in the
form of graphics. Because the plan-graphics is a very useful means to determine
the load of each lesson and to increase its effectiveness. In order to work out
the plan-graphics the network of lesson hours are to be used. The network shows
the division of the materials into quarters on program parts and the annual
plan-graphics is designed in accordance with that.
3. Quarter
plan-graphics. This document is worked out in the base of annual
plan-graphics for each quarter of the education year separately. If in the annual plan-graphics is shown only
the parts of the program but in quarter graphics is shown the concrete kinds of
movements on these parts and which movement in which lesson will be taught is
mentioned with the conventional symbols. It is recommended to include minimum
3-4 kinds of movements in each lesson
sections.
Because in this case the density of the lesson is increased, becomes
possible assimilate all the materials of the program. Kinds of test movements
are also shown in quarter plan-graphics to check the knowledge and abilities of
the pupils. The teacher should plan so that to be able to use 2-3 tests
movements in each education quarter.
4.
Daily lesson plan. Each physical training lesson must
have a daily plan. The form of daily lesson plan is the same as in other
disciplines. To design an appropriate graphics of the lesson stages, to write a
plan in a special way is an additional work. It causes the teacher to loose the
time. The number of the lesson, the theme of the lesson, the aim, the steps of
the lesson are written in the daily lesson plan. The steps of the lesson
contain the aim of preparatory, main and concluding steps of the lesson, the
short content of the movements to be taught. But it is not recommended to
describe totally generally developed movements. For example, it is enough to
show the kinds of preparatory movements to be given during the preparatory
stage of the lesson and appropriate methodic requirements.
5.
Test movements and education norms table. The
teacher must prepare test movement table of the pupils in order to value their
knowledge and abilities. For this reason the teacher should use the appropriate
literature. Except that, in order to check the theoretical materials given to
the pupils the teacher prepares the questions corresponding to each theme and
on the base of the questions and holds the test interview. These documents are
prepared accurately and retains at work.
II.
Documents on the school physical training staff organization works. All the documents related to the physical training staff should be kept
in a separate file. The protocols of the staff and staff board, list of board
members, job distribution table among the members, work plan of the physical
training board, reports on the fulfillment of the work plan (report books) are
kept in this file.
III.
Documents on out-of-class and out-of-school physical training and sport
activities. Out-of-class and out-of-school health-sport activities
have wide and comprehensive importance. That is why holding and retaining of
the plan, report materials require professionalism, accurateness and care from
the teachers.
Out-of-class
and out-of-school physical training – general plan of sport activities. This plan is prepared by the physical training teacher under the
supervision of the deputy director on educational-training works (in August).
All teachers are acquainted with the work plan and in accordance with the
regulations it is discussed and accepted in the 1st meeting of the pedagogical
board (at the end of August). To cut short work plan of both commissions of the
physical training staff and RDM complex are presented. General activities plan
must contain circle-training, school sport activities, out-of-school sport
contests, mass health works gymnastics
till the classes, physical training minutes, health activities during the
breaks etc.), general physical preparation and works in special medical groups,
medical inspection and health-hygiene services, general service and reports
sections.
Plan
of the Sport Circles. Taking into consideration the
material-sport base of the schools the circles on several kinds of sport are
formed. Each circle must have its own separate work plan. It is prepared by the
physical teacher and approved by the director of the school. At the beginning
of the plan the list of circle members and the information about them must be
written.
Then
the content of each training (kinds of movements) is to be given. For example,
what will be taught at the 5th training of the sport circle on
volleyball. These must be written clearly.
All these matters must find its reflection in the plan
by methodic means. The teacher must choose the kinds of movement starting from
simple to difficult, to group them and take into account to increase the
physical load from the training lesson to lesson. Sometimes education-test
contests and to hold the sport contests are also considered in the plan of the
circle.
Work
plan should cover the whole education year.
Regulations
of the contests. Each sport contest held among the
pupils must have its regulation. Each class and interclass, school and
interschool contests and friendly matches, sports contest must have its
regulations. The contests held without regulations are considered to be non
legislative and the success won is not taken as a result. The regulation must be prepared 15-30 days
left to the beginning of the contest and approved by the director of the
school. A copy of the regulation should be hung in sport corner. The acceptance
of the RDM complex norms at school must have its regulations in advance as it
is held in the form of contest. Regulations of the contest contain the aim of
contest, place, date, the number of participants, staff, age, team composition,
lead of the contest, board of referees, doctor of the contests, awarding of the
winners etc. things like that.
IV.
Documents on RDM complex. The documents on learning of the
RDM complex norms and requirements and its acceptance is also to be kept in
separate file. Along with the list of job distribution of the school commission
members of RDM, work plan of the commission, report documents on the
fulfillment of the work plan, extract from the order about the formation of
commission, record book of the results, regulations of
the contest on RDM complex, the protocols of the contest, the copies of the
reports about the result of the contests and other documents are kept there.
The documents about the results of the methodic seminars (training test) are
also kept in the file separated for the RDM complex documents. The director of
the school gives an order about the preparation of the RDM marks according to
the report of
the teacher and the extract from the order is kept in
the file. The texts of the conversation and report on RDM complex, the
documents of those who were awarded with the gold marks are also kept in that
file.
V.
Physical training and sport corner. The
reason of organizing of the physical training and sport corner is closely to
assist in application of the physical training. That is why sport contests and
“Hope starts” contests’ process must be shown in the corner, RDM must be widely
agitated, the information about the school mass-sport events, about the best sportsmen of Kazakhstan must be given, to make the pupils to get acquainted
with the sport news happened abroad and in the country, to give recommendations
to the pupils to train the physical movements independently, to acquaint the
pupils with role of physical training and sport in the life of outstanding
individuals. All the activities about the organization of the physical
training, its agitation and holding should be demonstrated in the physical
training and sport corner.
Because
it greatly influence on the attraction of the pupils in mass to the
health-sport works, effectively use their free time to strengthen health. In
case if there is no appropriate place for the corner at school the materials of
the corner could be demonstrated in one or more stands.
The
corner must be organized in such a place where there is enough light and the
materials could be of reached
to the attention of the pupils. The teacher must try
that each demonstrated material be very accurate, beautiful and rich in
content. Writings dedicated to the agitation of physical training and torn from
any newspaper or journal, texts of lectures and conversations must be placed in
the level of the pupils’ height so that children could easily read them. The material placed in the corner
must be of definite theme (it means the materials must be with subject matter
and each theme should cover the definite matter). During the lesson and
out-of-lesson training the teacher must bring the pupils in groups and
individually to the corner and give a clear definition on the matter. In other
case the corner should serve the role of beauty and the pupils will not have
any idea about the content of the materials. The main difficulty is the
organization of the corner. In order to overcome this difficulty the teacher
should rely on the pupils. For the formation of the agitation-propaganda at
school a special board of 5-7 people is organized.
The
board members in its turn use the help of all active pupils. At school there
must be created such a situation so that every pupil voluntarily show an
interest in physical training agitation and every pupil help in
organization of the corner within their capability.
The teacher must try so that all the demonstrated materials in the corner get ready
at the same time and be placed at the same time.
It is
impossible and in case of that the effectiveness of the corner also decreases.
The materials must be prepared each thing should be demonstrated in time (when
there is a necessity for that).
Photomontages, stands, pictures, writings like
announcements, regulations and contest results carrying periodic character must
be replaced timely with the new things.

The headings must be written in pleasant color, clear
and in big letters so that to attract the pupils’ attention and to create an
interest in sport and physical training. From the other side, each beautiful,
accurate thing in the sport corner must help to strengthen the esthetic
feelings of the pupils.
