Dental implantology formes as a science at the junction of orthopedics, surgery, biology and knowledge about bioplastic materials. In the world of dental practice titanium and its alloys are the one of the most common materials used for the manufacture of dental implants. Thanks to   incredible stability, biocompatibility of titanium this metal has attracted the attention of orthopedics. Despite these qualities in oral cavity the titanium implants and teeth can be in an electrochemical reaction, and can modify the electrical forces of the oral cavity and therefore the most important problem is the capacity factor of co-present in the oral cavity of metallic alloys of different composition and chemical nature. In modern literature the problem evaluation of implants doesn’t well disclosed. The purpose of this study was to examine a pair of biopotential titanium implant-dentures, their influence on the processes of adaptation after prosthesing on dental implants. To conduct this study there were selected 42 patients aged 23-40 years. For the observation we have formed 2 groups of patients who after a dental implant fixed prosthesis fabricated from different materials. The criteria for inclusion of patients in the study were: the lack of a history of chronic somatic diseases, the need of orthopedic rehabilitation (partial edentia) missing or controlled parodontopatii; possibility of further observation of the patient, willingness to long-term letion and subsequent maintenance therapy. The first group of observations (23) classified patients who were at the titanium prosthesis implants installed on the basis of cobalt-chromium alloy (KHS) - Dutseraloy. The second group - 19 charged patients with metal free ceramic prosthesis based on the implants. Each group was allocated to 2 subgroups: subgroup A - without using of an immunomodulatory therapy, the subgroup B -  with a complex therapy which have being included immunomodulator Erbisol. Orthopedic treatment was carried out by two-stage implantation technique with implants "UIMPL" with further prosthetics by various fixed structures. During this studying we have used the drug “Erbisol” - immunomodulator and adaptogen. The analysis of mouth biopotential showed that in all groups of observations to 1month changes were statistically insignificant character (p> 0,05) relative to control. By 2 months of observations biopoten-tial  of oral cavity increased in all groups of observations, but most pronounced in group 1, both in the A subgroup (patients no treatment was carried out Erbisol preparations) biopotential value amounted to 194,0 ± 4,0 mlvolt, which is 23% higher that controls (p <0,05); and in subgroup B (where applicable immunomodulator Erbisol) - 188,0 ± 5,5 mlvolt, which was 19,7% higher than the norm (p <0,05). The most manifest in the increase biopotentials 1groupe observed in the 3 month observation: in the subgroup values were above normal in 51,6% (p <0,001), in subgroup B-24% (p <0,05) higher than control. At the same time in Group 2 observations, which were used metal free ceramic prostheses, a different picture, as in subgroup A (without Erbisol preparations) rates were higher than control groupe to 17,2% (p <0,05), and in the subgroup B (where patients received the drug Erbisol) increasing of biopotential was 10,1% and acquired when compared with the control of unreliable (p> 0,05). By 4 months of biopotential rates in group 1 remained at a high level relative to control, especially in the subgroup A. In group 2, as in the subgroup Group A and B values oral biopotentials acquire statistically insignificant nature (p> 0,05) in relation to control. In further periods of observation (5-6 months) the rate of bioelectric action of oral tissues in all groups studied were close to control values. During this studing we can conclude that after the fixation of fixed prosthesis based on titanium implants on the rise biopotentials mouth in all groups studied, and their normalization can be considered as an indicator of adaptive processes of the organism. Faster normalization of bioelectric activity oral tissues may occur if using opaque ceramic prostheses (for 3-4 months). Application  of Erbisol immunomodulator reduced time of adaptation in all groups of observations.
