Table of contents and structure of professional competence of teacher - trainer.

Research of methodological bases of professionally-pedagogical competence of future teacher - trainer predefined by an origin, strengthening and intensifying of those contradictions which characterize modern space of higher education in Ukraine, namely: between realization at the level of society, state and personality of requirement in high-quality higher professional education, the result of which is a professionally-competent specialist.

In pedagogical literature of beginning of 90 ideas appear about the necessity of forming of integral face of teacher, his pedagogical trade  and pedagogical culture .

In basis of preparation of teacher-trainer, in opinion of P.E.Reshetnikov, the capture of professional activity lies experience. Educational - educator professional activity of students comes forward as an integrating factor of all system of preparation. Logic of educational process is built on a chart - from practice, subjective experience to theoretical generalizations.

In opinion of Rabotin I.V, the constituents of professionalism of teacher must be creation. He considers that modern technologies  must become property of pedagogical activity of future teacher-trainer. To five basic components of pedagogical activity of teacher (design, structural, organizational, communicative and гнеостатичного) must be added another - innovative. And higher education must be built taking into account the urgent necessity of forming innovative to the component of professional pedagogical activity of future teacher.

The questions of professional competence in domestic pedagogical science were examined by different authors (V.S. Besrukova, V.R. Vesnin V.G.Horchakova  and other).

By research of problem of competenses the devoted works of V.I.Baidenko,І.A. ZiminaА.К. Brand, Е.І. Passov,  Ю.Г. Таtura, and other .

A competense is an aggregate of associate internalss of person, knowledge, abilities and skills, methods of activity, objects, which are set in relation to the certain circle of function, and processes, necessary for high-quality productive activity. If a man owns necessary competenses, then this her development status is characterized by a term "competence".

Under the competence  of future specialist most authors understand computer-integrated description of internalss of person, result of preparation of graduating student of institute of higher, necessary for implementation of activity in certain areas (competenses). Competence the same as competense, includes cognitive, motivational-valued and emotionally-volitional components. A competence is a situation category, as expressed in readiness to realization of certain activity in concrete professional (problem) situations.

The model of graduating student of institute of higher must contain the types of competence, that characterize him first of all as a worker of certain sphere of production, science or culture. It can be, in opinion of І.А. Zimina, such to the competence:

-  -  to the competence, that behave to itself as persons, to the subject of activity, intercourse;

-    -    to the competence, that behave to the social co-operating of man with other people;

-  -       to the competence, that behave to activity of man. 

  Under a professional competence understand ability of worker high-quality and faultlessly to execute the functions, successfully to master a new and quickly to adapt oneself to the terms which change.

A professional fitness, which is understood as an aggregate of professional competenses, necessary for realization of effective professional activity, is stopped up in basis of professional competence .

  To Tom, the purpose of this article is determination of maintenance and structure of professional competence of teacher - trainer.

М. І. Rosenova a concept "professional competence" describes narrowly enough - "as kind knowledge by the worker of the article of the direct activity, which is formed during educational-professional preparation at a study the special disciplines", but considers that the situation of professional labour is not limited knowledge of the article of activity.

  Professional competence of teacher - acquires a trainer presently new interpretation, integrating knowledge, ability, experience, personality internalss which provide professional development and self-realization of specialist. The row of authors examines the nationally-regional component of education as:

1. Mean of revival and development of history, culture, customs, dispositions of spirituality (Г.Н. Wolves, Е.Г. Fats,    and other);

2. A factor of stabilizing of international relations is in a region

3. Condition of recreation of nationally-cultural and nationally-historical root of person, forming of national consciousness (Г.Н. Wolves, В.А. Mykolaiv, and other);

  4. Mean of revival and development of national school (V.D.Shadricov, А.P.Orlova, and other);

  5. Component part of educational material, oriented to the spiritual culture of person  in her national expression.

Analysing going of scientists near research of concept "professional competence" and, having regard to the specific of physical culture as sciences and as an educational object, we came to the conclusion, that professional competence of teacher-trainer, is complex description of person which includes harmonious combination of professional, communicative and personality properties and allows to arrive at high-quality results in the process of decision of typical tasks in the basic types of professional activity in the field of maintenance and structure of professional competence of teacher - trainer. The structure of professional competence of teacher-trainer includes three components: communicative   and personality, each which certain competenses and professionally-personality properties, base for this competense answer of.

Under regionally - the national orientation of preparation of teacher-trainer is understand the system of regulators in accordance with which the process of studies and education is designed and carried out. These regulators are called to add to preparation of teachers - trainers  the certain having a special purpose, rich in content and judicial properties due to which they acquire ability to execute expected from studies and education social function, - to form the future teachers  of new type, in professional activity of which a main place will occupy    ethno-pedagogical constituent.

Professionally-pedagogical competence of future teacher - trainer is difficult personality-professional system quality which provides at personality level his level in accordance with the requirements of professional activity in educational establishment and it appears in the actual state in form professional competence. By basic principles of determination of professionally-pedagogical competence of future teacher - trainer of education there are such: principle of the system : a professionally-pedagogical competence is the system phenomenon, which has a certain aggregate of elements which are in certain mutual relations and copulas between itself, form certain integrity, unity; principle of quality : a professionally-pedagogical competence consists of certain aggregate of інтегративних properties of personality, which appear, forming corresponding system quality. She appears on verge of co-operation of two systems : internal - subjective environment and external - objective environment which is characteristics. As well as any process (but result and display of process), professionally-pedagogical competence of teacher - trainer can be only integral education, which is provided by an external functional sign which is created in accordance with external requirements, and internal strong intercommunication and interdependence of component components; principle of determination : a psihologically-pedagogical competence is characterized by not only the presence of connections and relations between elements, that she is formed but also indissoluble unity with an internal personality and circumferential professional environment, at co-operation of which she exposes the integrity; principle of dynamic (judicial, recurrences) : a professionally-pedagogical competence does not have a static kind. She is the judicial phenomenon which exists only in actual processes or actions. Professional activity, consists of professional tasks, which must be decided, and which are a that catalyst which this phenomenon appears round. Only in the context of decision of those or other professional tasks we can talk about professional knowledge, abilities, are certain, skills and, accordingly, - professionally-pedagogical competence, levels of her display. A Professionally-pedagogical competence is characterized by a recurrence - it appears with certain periodicity and different combination of elements. As professional activity changes (the old fall off or new elements appear) continuously, a structure and character of maintenance, which provides her, changes. The decision of professional task gives new experience and transfers a psihologicaly-pedagogical competence (components and features of their combination, "alloy") on a new higher level; a professionally-pedagogical competence appears in professional activity. Exactly activity (in all her forms - internal and external) is sent to the decision of set professional tasks, she is an and "transmitter", and mechanism of display of psihologically-pedagogical competence; principle of realized : a professionally-pedagogical competence is the result of realization a teacher itself as an individual, personality (norms are at the level of vital functions) and subject of professional activity (norms are at the level of professional activity).

The conducted research of such difficult and many-sided phenomenon, as a professionally-pedagogical competence of future teacher - trainer, needs further study of different problems of professionally-psihologically-pedagogical  preparation of future teachers. To perspective directions of further scientific searches development of methodical bases of forming and development of professionally-pedagogical competence of teacher belongs in the conditions of the modern system of higher pedagogical education, self-education and others like that.
