Introduction

To begin to understand what constitutes general advice as the scope of professional services? In the world there are many definitions of consulting, including the odious and senseless. We adhere to that advice is an intelligent process of informational, organizational and communication with customers in their use of scientific, technical, organizational and economic developments in the problems of their functioning and development, in order to improve the efficiency of the client in terms of how the effectiveness and efficiency its activities. In any case, consulting plays an important role in promoting standards of excellence in the business environment and in this sense, introducing scientific expedition to the practice of society. Consultant, as a rule, is not engaged in basic research and conducts educational activities, but it provides the transfer of research are described, and at times set by the regulatory and professional standards of practice to the consciousness of business and political elite.

Management consulting in Kazakhstan

There are following problems in the field of management consulting in Kazakhstan: the first is the lack of effective demand for management consulting. It is caused, on the one hand, the fact that the need for the development of the organization in terms of growth in business activity is generally not regarded as a problem, but on the other - the fact that it is not objectified as the need for reorganization and automation of business processes on a scientific basis. In short, the mentality of the business community in Kazakhstan has not yet so developed that management consulting was also in demand as a function of professional services. The burst full-blown crisis in the economy of Kazakhstan, on the one hand, can exacerbate this problem even more, on the other - on the contrary, can contribute to resolving the problem of demand, if attached, of course, this PR-related efforts.

Second - it's nihilism, the actual average consumer in the application of the scientific approach in practice. No one likes a "theoretical" all necessary "specificity." Abstraction as the approach became a dirty word. Consultants have to adjust to these general sentiments customers, so try all the "chew" the client to the practical details, wasting time and energy on it, to him, God forbid, not to be suspected of excessive academicism. As a result, it promotes the development is not, and degradation of the organization, as it remains where it was. Not surprisingly thus, that in this case the customer the feeling that he already knew all this, and all the consultant had asked and just wrote in a report. This issue of recognition of the scientific approach to management is related to the generally low level Science and educational process and without large-scale promotion of the whole society does not allow it.

Third - is formed in our society as a consultant to the stereotype perception of a failure in business. Mark Twain's famous phrase, "Who can - he does, who can not - he teaches," are fully attributed to the narrower and consultants. Meanwhile, customers are often hidden in contempt for failure to consultants their intellectual insight into the nature of the problems, fear of real change and, ultimately, consumer fear of public recognition errors. To be precise to the end, for the construction of humorous phrases people the writer to the extent of scientific assertions hiding vulgar materialist view of the world such as "if you're so smart, why are not rich," or "as much as I have, nobody has." The output from such a position in life - the whole problem for the client and the consultant's task is to advance, without waiting for the incident, with patience and understanding, to explain their clients connecting function between science and business. Explain that his professionalism is not that good to do business instead of the client, and to the client allowed his problem in the light received from the consultant's scientific ideas. Must give the customer understand that the consultant a few other values that are determined not so much the amount of capital as a spiritual calling to explore the normative patterns of knowledge and translate them into the management culture of the client. In this sense, practical experience in a consultant to conduct their own business is not so important for the client, as a rare, life is an academic skills advisor to the abstract imagination. It is imagination, not your own experience, raises a consultant on the client and helps him to correct scientific analysis and dissemination of creative excellence. That is the reflexive function of the consultant, and his own experience he needs is in it, but not in the client's business.

And finally, the fourth - it is just the absence of the above consultants have practical experience in scientific analysis and resolution of customer problems based on the systematic accumulation of information about similar problems. In Kazakhstan, it is hardly possible to speak about the presence of management consulting as an institution of social infrastructure. In the best case we are dealing with audit, legal or investment services, and that in execution, as a rule, international brands, except, perhaps, just such emerging local brands as "VISOR" or "RESMI" in InvestConsult and "Center -Audit "or" BDO Kazakhstan Audit "in the audit.

Meanwhile, there are two reasons why we can assume management consulting in Kazakhstan promising. Doubling of the global information in the world in the last three years and the growth of this trend should be seen as a worthy organizations with adequate challenge and the inevitable stress. On the one hand. On the other hand - due to the rapid growth of business in Kazakhstan, many companies have increased significantly in size and scope of their activities accordingly become more complex, and in times of crisis, if they do not want to shrink, they will need to reengineer and automate business processes. The price of services of international brands in this matter clearly beyond their functional consulting, and consulting companies from Kazakhstan management has every chance to work for the creation of local brands, the shortage of liquidity from their potential customers.

It should also be noted that the growth of competition in the domestic and global markets requires constant updating and balanced organizational structures, business processes, systems and management practices. At the same time a very high risk of an erroneous decision not to change anything, the effects of delayed adoption of the necessary reforms is very flawed, and often - fatal for the development of the organization in constant change, conflict and self-determination. Not just the assets, rights, and brands, namely the organization as a social group generate cash flow. The old administrative approaches do not work, which resulted in widely recognized by the west "crisis management". In the new information world of business and politics are vital to professional management consultants, specifically studying the experience of owning the best businesses and not just a modern means and techniques of organizational design, and methodology for generating new, creative values in management decisions.

Conclusion

Consulting plays an important role in promoting standards of excellence in the business environment and in this sense, introducing scientific expedition to the practice of society. Consultant, as a rule, is not engaged in basic research and conducts educational activities, but it provides the transfer of research are described, and at times set by the regulatory and professional standards of practice to the consciousness of business and political elite.
