Raising the question of the
environmental component of the regions, sharply raises the problem of cleaning
up sewage. For many municipalities (MO), this problem imposes severe negative
socio-economic footprint, as currently wastewater treatment (TCO) of large
cities at treatment facilities built in the 70's and 80's of the last century,
and in some MO, cleaning and did not made and polluted water is dumped into the
nearest water course. Just to urban development, manufacturing plants and
production of new products and services, changes in the content itself has
undergone waste water, and used outdated technology for cleaning and
disinfection of waste water does not allow for the implementation of modern
sanitary standards. The relevance of this work is because the accident rate of
treatment facilities is increasing every year. Concrete structures gradually
wear down, and contaminated water into the soil, which results in a threat to
groundwater and subsequently to human health. Raw water is discharged into the
nearest water course, do not meet sanitary standards, in connection with the deteriorating
environmental condition of the water body, and with them the physiological
state of the environment and human health. This problem can be solved if you
install modern wastewater treatment facilities, which are equipped with new
technological equipment created based on advanced scientific research of
domestic and foreign scientists that will effectively treat the wastewater. Operation
of old, worn out and not designed for that amount of sewage treatment plants,
impairs social and environmental situation in the region, city, district and
rural areas.Proceeding from the above of "NIPIEP" offers complex
solutions for the installation of sewage treatment for municipalities of
between 20 thousand - 500 thousand inhabitants.Our proposed project is able to
solve some important problems. Thus, the construction of their own treatment
plant will save the city budget (due to lower payments for wastewater
treatment), to create new jobs, improve the social and environmental quality of
life. The project will produce: the purchase of pre-fabricated building
components, installation of the building; purchase of materials for the
production of equipment assembly equipment and partial purchase of the missing
equipment, installation of manufacturing equipment; purchase coagulant. The
concept of the project:a) improving the status of water bodies by clean
spills;b) improvement of the environment through the use of high-tech
equipment, which allows you to clean the water up to the standards for water
reservoirs fishery (cleaning efficiency 98-99,83%);The use of high-tech
equipment, the low cost of the proposed service and high performance, as well
as a competitive environment is not numerous, lets talk about the viability and
sustainability of the project. Moreover, the construction of other treatment
facilities in the same municipality is inappropriate (not economically
justified).The superiority of the proposed project, as compared to competitors
applicable technologies, equipment and cleaning methods, lies in its low cost,
high performance, and the use of their own development and wastewater treatment
technologies.
