Organization and management of commodity stocks of
medicines
and products of medical appointment in the Republic of
Kazakhstan
Summary
In
research the road map of the organization and management of commodity stocks of
medicines and products of medical appointment is given in the Republic of
Kazakhstan; existing problems are discussed.

Organization and management of commodity stocks of
medicines
and products of medical
appointment in the Republic of Kazakhstan
Analysis and
evaluation of the results of a three-year "SK -Pharmacy" as a single
distributor procurement of medicines (M) , medical products (MP) and medical
technology (MT) show that the most urgent problems of inventory management are:
poor material and technical base active pharmaceutical warehouses, the need to
improve the proper storage practices drugs, and poor development of transport
infrastructure to ensure timely and complete delivery of drugs to specific
regions of the country and the organization of health care [1-4].
However, even
in these difficult conditions, the company's management can not solve the
current problems associated with optimizing inventory management drugs, medical
devices and MT.
In this case,
use the following roadmap organizational and technical measures:
1.
Organization of accounting and storage. In the "UK -Pharmacy" create
conditions to ensure the safety, security and quality of drugs. This goal is
realized through the lease and development of its own network of pharmaceutical
warehouses that meet the requirements of hygiene rules and standards
(temperature, light, humidity) content.
2. The
organization of the distribution and redistribution. To carry out this mission
in the pharmaceutical warehouses of the company created a three-month supply of
product range and volume. In this case, the distribution system is based on
strict adherence to contractual obligations to suppliers, customers and
consumers, in coordination with the competent authority and its territorial
divisions, and, where necessary, is effective redistribution of drugs, medical
devices and MT.
3.
Operational management of inventory. The company during the period of execution
of supply contracts is the interaction with and feedback from suppliers,
customers and consumers in rapid elimination of shortages of parts supplied
drugs, medical devices and MT; violation of terms of delivery, payment and
delivery, health professionals in response to unforeseen situations in the
country.
4.
Arrangements for delivery and monitoring of inventory in health care
organizations, is a key component of the company and carried out by constant
mutual exchange of information on commodity stocks of drugs in health care
organizations in the pharmaceutical warehouses, on the emerging - outs or
excessive reserves, with the adoption of additional operational management
solutions to resolve the problems.
The most
pressing issues to improve inventory drugs, medical devices and MT are:
improvement of business processes associated with the formation of applications,
funding, timely delivery, distribution, operational redistribution M by region
and country - specific health care organizations: the need to develop its own
network of warehouses for pharmaceutical good practice receiving, storage,
inventory and distribution of procured drugs, as well as the logistics of
transport infrastructure, improving the interoperability of bodies of
territorial public health in operational inventory management drugs, based on
the change of health professionals in situations in the regions, conditions in
the pharmaceutical drug market, as well as capacity of the state to fund the
guaranteed volume of free medical care.
