Reports are designed to display information from a database. Reports like documents, only those objects have different functions. Documents enter the information into the database, reports the results.

In any report in the system 1C is screen form - a dialogue that the user sees on the screen. In the dialog, the user normally sets the parameters of the report, for example, a period of time. It is assumed that there are two types 1C users

- Normal

- Advanced .

The purpose of a normal user (storekeeper) - found in a clear and familiar to him a list of the goods in his warehouse, for which he is responsible.

The purpose of the advanced user (analyst) - to conduct data analysis 1C. The analysis of the data.

Location of Reports

Reports in the thick client 1C usually displayed in a separate Reports menu.

In a thin client reports no special tab - they are scattered on every tab.

The administrator has a standard menu, which contains all the documents 1S configuration. This menu Operations/Reports through which you can open any report.

The new 1C, thin / managed client has a similar menu with the name "All functions ". Works the same as the "Transactions" in a thick client.
