Reports are designed to display information from a database. Reports like documents, only those objects have different functions. Documents enter the information into the database, reports the results.

In any report in the system 1C is screen form - a dialogue that the user sees on the screen. In the dialog, the user normally sets the parameters of the report, for example, a period of time. Also, the report usually contains one or more paper forms - tables. The tables report is printed on paper. The algorithm for generating the report is written in the report module in 1C. For example, a human resources report "The staff made over the period of the" need -screen form with two fields Start and Finish. Both fields will be of type "date". Report module has to select from the directory of employees the right people and bring them to the table.

1C Company has provided a powerful reporting tool - section. Section - this area of the table is designed for multiple output. For example, in a report on the staff section will "employee" which will need to be derived for each employee. Partitions can be either horizontal or vertical. You can also output the intersection of horizontal and vertical sections.

In the 1C: Enterprise reports can be quite active objects. This means that clicking, for example, an employee, you can open the form of the employee, or to form a more detailed report only on the employee. This is great for accountants that of summary reports can move on to more detailed and find out where it came from each sum, up to a specific transaction. To do this, the cells are property and Decoding procedure ObrabotkaYacheykiTablitsy.

Although at the beginning of this chapter it was said that the report will contain the results, in fact, with the help of tables can be arranged entering information into the database. This is useful when you need a complex form for data entry.

Report Builder - an object that allows you to set the text -based query and settings to get the result and display it in a table or chart paper.

Settings Report Builder include:

- Groupings (example: "Nomenclature", "Contractor "...)

- Indicators (example: "Number", "Sum"...)

- Additional fields (example: "Nomenklatura. Usluga", "Kontragent. Kod "...)

- Filter (example: specific nomenclature for the group of counterparties ...) and

- Sort (example: "Nomenklatura. Kod ", "Kontragent. Naimenovanie"...)

Builder settings are visualization tools that allow the programmer with minimal effort to provide the user interface to install them.

The purpose of the report

In developing the report it is important to understand the purpose for which they exist.

It is assumed that there are two types 1C users

- Normal

- Advanced .

The purpose of a normal user (storekeeper) - found in a clear and familiar to him a list of the goods in his warehouse, for which he is responsible.

The purpose of the advanced user (analyst) - to conduct data analysis 1C. The analysis of the data.

Location of Reports

Reports in the thick client 1C usually displayed in a separate Reports menu.

In a thin client reports no special tab - they are scattered on every tab.

The administrator has a standard menu, which contains all the documents 1S configuration. This menu Operations/Reports through which you can open any report.

The new 1C, thin / managed client has a similar menu with the name "All functions ". Works the same as the "Transactions" in a thick client.

In the Configurator 1C are all objects in the configuration window, divided into the branches. Reports are in a branch of the same name.

Opening the branch, we see a list of specific reports. The editor is opened by double - clicking on a specific document.

Report 1C may be external. This means - that it is not in the configuration and stored in a separate file (usually with the extension. Erf). Then you can simply open the file as usual, in the Configurator, that the Enterprise mode ( File/Open).

There are also special types of treatment called Reporting Console 1C. It allows you to write reports "on the fly". Patterns written reports it can be saved to files ( with the extension. Dcf). If we report in this form, you must first open this treatment, and in it - to open the report .

Develop reporting 1C (especially with regard to any of the versions listed above ) - the theme of an extremely large and complex. So we started to go over the basics.

Divide into two kinds of statements :

Reports 1C SKD

Currently, the latest new reporting format 1C. The report consists of a layout of ACS, which already has all the settings that are needed to the report. You can customize and save options for the report.

1C no reports SKD

All previous technology development reporting 1C (listed above). The meaning of all common technologies:

- Request to the register ( database), registered in the program ( code ) of the report

- Layout ( pattern printed form)

- Form for the report (including a specially designed form of the report settings)

- A program to combine all of the above.

As you can see, use a setting of standard reports in "1C: Enterprise 8.2 " is not so difficult. Of course, they are much more than we have shown in the example in this article, but the above values will allow you to get more benefits from the use of the new platform.

Of course, not all report settings are similar in structure, but by getting a basic knowledge of report customization, you 're able to customize and other required reports .
