Ways of interaction in the system manufacturer-mediator-the consumer of agricultural machinery

Currently, the market of agricultural machinery of Northern Kazakhstan are highly variable delivered to the region of machinery and equipment. For the smooth functioning of the above-mentioned industries, perform all types of works in optimum agronomical terms with the necessary performance and quality of a particular set of machines, plants and equipment.
At this stage this technique comes in Northern Kazakhstan practically from the whole world, USA, Canada, Argentina, Australia, Germany, France, Ukraine, Byelorussia, Russia and other countries.
The diversity of the supplied machinery and equipment to type, purpose, performance, price and other technical-economic indicators of the causes of agricultural producers difficulties in selecting. Of course they are primarily guided by price, quality indicators (reliability, productivity, quality of work and pay attention to the technology of the workflow for which and has established this machine. Depending on the orientation of the economy and based on the volume of areas of arable and agricultural land, livestock is determined by a set of agricultural machinery, tools and equipment. Dealer offices, dealers or various intermediaries supplying equipment to the region advertise its best side for personal profit. They are not interested what results their activities receive farmers. Thus we get the gap in the system manufacturer proxy-user (p-P-P) agricultural machinery, everyone is

interested in obtaining personal profit.

Although the funds are received on the production and sale of agricultural machinery independent third participant of this system - agricultural producer. Thus the first two party system p-P-P must be interested in the economic prosperity of the third party. This interest should be expressed through the following indicators:
quality of delivered equipment,- which should be defined performance, minimal losses in performing the work required, technological processes, reliability of the equipment;

Eventually the whole system p-P-P should work on the final result - manufacture of agricultural production in necessary volumes and with adequate quality. Settlement mechanism of the work of P-p-P depends on the interaction of participants of the system itself, from their awareness of the need for each other.
