Providing intelligence FUNCTIONS OF control SYSTEM of TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS

         Increase of efficiency and productivity of researches, receipt of high-fidelity results of experiments, requires planning and standardization of design of automation scheme of manufacture [1]. Development of difficult technological processes must be accompanied by stage-by-stage theoretical research and planning dynamic indexes of control system of the designed object and their experimental verification on the basis of programmatic, technical facilities of computer technique. The preliminary planning of productive process is the basic project task of designer on the stage of his preliminary development. Thus complex works must decide on creation of corporate InfoBase with the subsystems of the technical, algorithmic, programmatic providing [2].  By means of analysis of functions of the special programmatic and technical facilities of the corporate informative system it should be noted that they in an insufficient measure provide project procedures of the flexible planning of the automated manufacture owing to absence of information retrieval queries, optimal choice and necessary computer researches for determination of exact technological parameters.

In this connection, in the article the problem of creation of architecture is examined tool for providing of stage-by-stage choice and planning control system and control of technological operations of the manufacture.

As an object of research the manufacture of dispersion drying, providing process exchange of heat and mass in disperse area, is considered. For planning intelligence functions the composes scheme of control system of the manufacture is proffered (fig. 1).

The functions of control system of this manufacturing process are planned on the basis of the automated following: taking temperature of drying vehicle; measuring of humidity of composition, that acts on an entrance pipeline; measuring of humidity of cleansing mixture; treatment measurable melon and conclusion of output signals from all devices to the screen of monitor of operator (fig. 1).

For an operationability and flexibility of the executable automated procedures of control system of the manufacture of dispersion drying  is connected in a central control block (CCB) with a general dialogue  programmatic interface [3]. On the basis of the special programmatic-informative system CCB provides the corporate co-operating with the automated manufacture module of the purpose of  reception of devices on the screen of monitor of operator.

         Reliable works of control system of the manufacture of dispersion drying the block of processing of measurable data and conclusion of output signals is supported by the system of monitoring of temperature and humidity. Automation of management and control of temperature and humidity of the manufacture comes true on the basis of technical and programmatic equipments of jigging, treatment, visualization and communication of current data. Temperatures of drying vehicle given from digital of sensor,  sensor of humidity of composition and sensor of humidity of cleansing mixture written down on flash cart in a table for every temporal segment. Thus sensors unite with a logical controller of digital and analog input/by a conclusion and vehicle serial port. Programming will be realized through USB port without connection of additional programmatically. On the next stage a microcontroller unites with  the module for maintenance of given, temperatures got from sensors and to humidity on flash cart for subsequent treatment.

         For providing of trouble-free work of the system a standard library is used in logical controller. Thus connection of data from the sensors of temperature and humidity and record of them come true in a text file. Sensors are connected to the analog entrance. Data of analog port are entered in the programmatic code of the system, the module for maintenance of given, temperatures is initialized cart, the new file of record of data is opened or created from the sensors of temperature and humidity, testimony of measuring of temperatures and humidity, record of results in a file and in port.

        Getting temperatures and from sensors it is hatched humidity of production of the dispersion drying on the screen of pickboard. At the input of values of temperature and humidity in serial port of computer the basic technical parameters of sensors are determined depending on the specific of this production. The conclusion of data on the screen of pickboard is managed on an interface. Cooperation of work of sensors and screen provided by means of sketch that measures and sends the temperatures given about the state and to humidity in this manufacture.
