The application of computer psycho-diagnostic program "Eurasia" in the recovery method of an athlete

 

Formulation of the problem. In many sports in order to achieve good results speed and power work, work to develop strength, endurance. Great loads for the athlete require increased attention to the use of means to recover its capacity. In this activity innovative tools and techniques early upgrade performance of athletes are under-utilized. As means of recovery offered by modern scholars is the traditional techniques (massage, sleep, contrast showers, water treatment, etc.), and innovative different medicine drugs, dietary supplements, auditory training. Analysis of the literature shows that the most commonly used are traditional methods of recovery [3]. In order to find the most effective means of recovery, this study investigated the effect of different-needle applicators, proposed by the author [5]. Thus, the purpose of the study is to determine the optimal methods of integrated recovery of the athlete capacity.

Methods: Analysis of the literature was used to establish the most effective and popular techniques disaster recovery of an athlete, rapid testing method "Eurasia" was used to determine the imbalance system performance of an athlete and the establishment of zones of influence of different-needle applicators.

The results of the study. This study included 12 skiers 18-20 years, who have a high level of qualification (CCM, MS), and in favor of the national team of Ukraine. Experimental studies have shown that athletes after exercise is most often an imbalance in the brain vessels (50%), pericarditis (62%), spine (40%), upper respiratory tract infection (35%).

Compared to the operation of systems of the human body, do not exercise, the state of imbalance of athletes after exercise at a high level [4]. Thus, prior to the training session and perform physical activity in all 12 athletes virtually all systems of the body do not exceed 50% of the imbalance, which is the norm for the test age. After performing the load imbalance has shifted to 65% -70%. Tool to restore the original state of imbalance of body systems athlete and his performance in this study were massage acupuncture using needles, with different applicators [2].

Used applicators Lyapko, is a complex structure of the needle complex of different metals, mounted on special rubber carrier. Metals for the needles are iron, copper, zinc, nickel, silver.

Design features applicators Lyapko allow provide simultaneous multifactorial effects on the skin in the area of application. The main factors are the following effects: reflex-mechanical, galvano-electric, humoral.

Presented applicators affect different areas of the human skin, which is the largest organ of our body. Influencing certain reflex zones, we can impact on different body systems.

The method of using these tools are selected individually for each athlete through the use of rapid testing method "Eurasia". This program is in addition to the information systems of the imbalance of an athlete, provides guidance on the application of the applicators, the time of laying the reflex zones and necessary for the application. Massage for the complete, with special consideration to those muscle groups that meet the meridians of the body [3].

The analysis of the effectiveness of different methods of recovery of young athletes after exercise using applicators Lyapko can conclude that for each athlete must apply individually tailored methods of restoration. Proven efficacy Lyapko for morphofunctional state regulation systems of the body of young athletes (p> 0,05), as well as a factor in improving exercise performance         (p> 0,05), the development of motor characteristics (p> 0,05).

Study the possibility of use of computer techniques "Eurasia" to assess the morphology and function, and the physical condition of the systems of the body of young athletes indicates selective stabilization processes of recovery in athletes of the main group (p> 0,05) and the absence of a rapid effect recovery of the body of athletes control group (p <0, 05). In addition, according to the proposed computer diagnostic system were obtained detailed recommendations for further rehabilitation measures to restore the functioning of every organ and system of an athlete, are the possible areas of risk and disease.

Using the technique of acupuncture with superficial applicators Lyapko can be included both the training process and in the competitive activity of skiers.
