DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR SUBSTANTIATION OF THE PROJECTS OF ORGANIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION OF HIGH-RISE MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPLEXES

 

The method of selection of rational organizational and technological decisions of construction of high-rise multifunctional complexes can achieve the best values of the predicted technical and economic performance within the available restrictions on the total cost of the project and the total area can be obtained as a result of project implementation.

In justifying decisions about the appropriateness and effectiveness of the implementation of projects of construction of high-rise multifunctional complexes at the pre-investment stage as the criteria applied to the following technical and economic indicators such as duration and cost, the calculation of which is necessary to consider the influence of a set of defining organizational and technological factors.

To ensure rapid processing and analysis of data, using the algorithm developed justification of the appropriateness and effectiveness of implementation of projects of construction of high-rise multifunctional complexes, developed software with the interface of the program of the calculation based on Microsoft Access, which is one of the most popular applications of a family of database management systems of relational type, that has in its arsenal tools that greatly simplifies input and data processing, search and analysis of data, presentation of information in the form of tables, graphs and reports.

The developed software allows you to promptly make scientifically informed decision about the appropriateness and effectiveness of the implementation of projects of construction of high-rise multifunctional complexes, unleashing for this task:

-        formalization and calculation of organizational and technological determinants;

-        determine the effect of systematic organizational and technological factors on technical and economic indicators;

-        determine the duration of project implementation;

-        the calculation of the production cost of high-rise construction.

The order of the input information is organized with bookmarks, consisting of individual fields from which the information is entered into the database, where further information and stored.

Based on the data entered using the identified mathematical model to substantiation the duration of construction high-rise multifunctional complexes and the cost of production of high-rise construction, is calculated relative economic effect from implementation of the project.

The results of the calculation relative economic effect from realization of the project of construction of high-rise multifunctional complexes are recorded in the report on the results obtained.

In the formulation of more complex tasks provides the opportunity to improve and expand the system based on the developed database.

Automation of decision making process in modern conditions is one of the main tools for rational decision-making on the implementation of investment projects of construction of high-rise multifunctional complexes, reducing the complexity and reducing time spent on preparation of feasibility studies of projects.

The proposed software product is designed for investors, developers of investment projects of construction of high-rise multifunctional complexes, design and research organizations, local governments and public authorities and other participants in the investment process, to study the feasibility and effectiveness of the implementation of projects of construction of high-rise multifunctional complexes.
