as a priority in renewal of education

Foreign language - not only mandatory element of training specialist, it is a factor in the overall cultural development of the individual.

In front of teachers of foreign languages there is a task: to prepare in the short term a specialist fluent in a foreign language. In this case, the teaching must meet the requirements of the curriculum in a minimum number of hours in the current curriculum. To teach students for a limited period of training framework to talk about the problems of the specialty and to understand speech of native speakers requires   combination of traditional and innovative methods.

The subject of cognitive activity of students studying a foreign language must be typical of the situation. We are talking about situations of business cooperation, strategies of professional communicative impact. At the same time we should not overestimate the possibility of knowledge of foreign language students of technical specialties.

        Professionally-oriented learning a foreign language now recognized as a priority in the renewal of education.

      By profession-oriented learning refers learning based on the needs of students in learning a foreign language, dictated by the characteristics of their future profession or specialty.

     It involves a combination of mastering professional-oriented foreign language with the development of personal qualities of students, knowledge of the culture of the country of the studied language and the acquisition of specific skills, based on the professional and linguistic knowledge.

Professionally-oriented learning a foreign language in not language high schools includes components such as learning a foreign language as a means of mastering the profession and as a means of professional communication.

Speaking about the need to learn foreign languages ​​in secondary vocational education, it is important to convey to students the idea that ignorance of foreign languages, as well as the inability to use them - important reason for the lag in science and technology.

In addition, foreign language becomes an instrument of self-education of the future specialist, which greatly increases his professional chances. Foreign language becomes a kind of key to professional success of modern specialist.

Currently, the emphasis in training moves at developing the skills of verbal communication on professional issues and maintaining scientific discussions. Very effective is the usage of the business games as an active-learning educational technology in professional foreign language communication. The criterion for selection of material for lessons is affordable and accessible, presentation, combining different exercise works with the special text, the active assimilation and usage of the material under study.

Describing the foreign language course, we can distinguish the following main points:

       Educational-methodical complexes are specifically designed to teach students a particular specialty and focuses on learning linguistic means (grammar, vocabulary, phonetics) and communicative functions are relevant to the specific  usage of language associated with a particular specialty;

       It is necessary to take into account the needs of professional and personal interests of students (professionally significant topic and situations used in language learning, authentic tasks, problem texts, debate topical issues related to the future professional activities, etc.) which contributes to the motivation of the study of a foreign language.

       Also, the development of computer technology and Internet technology encourages teachers to actively use new technological advances for training purposes. Using Internet resources means the ability to use the necessary information to locate important information literate - a skill that should be taught, which is no less important in a professionally-oriented training. Internet technology is a powerful impetus to the development, to new achievements and aspirations.

       Professionally-oriented communication can occur in formal and informal settings, in the form of interviews with foreign colleagues, presentations at meetings, conferences, group discussions, writing business letters and e-mail.

       Therefore, the content of learning a foreign language should be professional and communicative orientation. It is necessary to clearly define the purpose of teaching a foreign language student - non-linguists. Students' interest in the subject will increase, when they clearly understand the prospects of using the knowledge gained, when these knowledge and skills in the future will be able to increase their chances of success in any activity.

       The essence of professionally-oriented foreign language teaching lies in its integration with subspecialties in order to obtain additional professional knowledge and the formation of professionally significant qualities of the person.

       Of course, the teacher professionally-oriented foreign language must learn the basics of the specialty, basic vocational vocabulary navigate the terminology.

       There are several ways to solve the difficulties that arise:
- Usage in the classroom materials that introduce the basic concepts of the specialty;
- To create situations in which students could use their theoretical knowledge in the specialty for solving practical problems;

- Use the help of subject teacher as for preparation for classes, as well as during their implementation.

       In modern society it is important that today's graduates were professionally successful and mobile, able to build their own careers, work in conditions of fierce competition in the domestic and international markets, and actively promote the successful development of the whole society.

       Development and implementation of the educational process of teaching materials and manuals on specialty designed to facilitate the implementation of professionally-oriented foreign language training specialists and technical schools improve students' motivation to learn the language.
