Role of personnel education in the process of business reputation forming

Business reputation depends on different aspects. One of the aspect is education procedure. Especial role education plays in ecological sphere as it is vital both for enterprises and customers. That is why it is necessary to focus attention on ecological education of personnel definitely for business reputation.

The EU industrial enterprises are based on a well-managed, renewable resource. Constantly carry out education and training in the sphere of ecological management, R&D works are in action. For example, at BMW Company ecological protection is a cross-sectional task. This means: every employee has a share in the ecological protection measures at his or her location. In Germany and Austria, also in South Africa, mandatory ecological training programs on a regular basis are natural parts of an optimum organisation of ecological protection according to DIN EN ISO 14001 or the Eco Audit Regulation [1].

Qualified and contented employees are crucial for the company's reputation. Qualified employees are essential for industrial enterprise economic success and development. The need for qualified employees will continue to increase in the next years as a result of the ongoing product and market offensive, and globalisation process.

Ecological management on industrial enterprises becomes important in Ukraine. There is need in new instruments of reputation forming. Industrial enterprises can organise internal interim step-by-step educational programs in the sphere of ecology which depends on career and level of and an employee. Quantity of stages and frontier definition depends on industrial enterprise size and direction decision. The internal ecological education must pass every employee and on the first stage must be basic ecology knowledge. Time period of each Step defines direction of an enterprise. In the context of short- and medium-term ecological education it is possible to implement a range of highly flexible arrangements, including various models for working hours and plant operating times, as well as the use of temporary employment contracts when necessary. The enterprises direction can enable employees to record additional hours worked in the form of time credits which can later be used for further training, early retirement time off. Education levels can be divided as following: Level 1 - workers, technisian, foreman, repairman; Level 2 - engineers, administrative, operating managers; Level 3 - top management, direction, investors.

Internal ecological education on industrial enterprise can be in several forms:

-         Target-recruitment and career-development programs for youth and young specialists.

-         E – education for human resources.

-         Ecological textbooks and brochures.

Target-recruitment and career-development programs help university graduates and young professionals to get started in the industrial enterprise. That is why can take place trainee programs that combine vocational training with a higher education and include transships at the industrial enterprise for the best and directed preparation specialist for the enterprise. Combining research, teaching and the promotion of young employees there must be various projects at university level in order to link research, teaching and the promotion of young employees.

E–education for human resources means that workforce will be given opportunity and resources for individual E-education through a single registrant procedure via the employee portal. Great help of this can be internal virtual network for the rapid exchange of information between departments and project boundaries. Thus, individual knowledge and experience can quickly be made available to all employees. Brief portraits of the individual employees and their specific know-how can be called up. This will also help to improve employees computer skills. In this way, employees of all groups are automatically prepared for the computer work and operating in the future.

Ecological protection activities must concern every employee. The work force’s awareness of ecological problems and commitment to solving them form the basis for establishing ecologically compatible business process in all areas and at all levels of an enterprise.

Ecological education and emergency training must be held with some period, on regular basis. By teaching partners and customers the enterprise takes part in their ecological activity, widening, spreading ecological awareness, protection. Also can be created regular training situations as example of fire, water pollution, exhausts emission and other emergency situations.
