Safety And Efficiency Application Of The «Monclavit-Unguent» For The Veterinary Use

The preparations for the veterinary use must comply with the following requirements: forbidden threaten the life and health of animals during application, to threaten the lives and health of personnel and the environment during the production and the transportation and during the period of storage. The preparations doesn't accumulate in livestock production and doesn't leave trace amounts. Non-specific drugs of the antimicrobial action which include J⁺ meets these requirements.

In preclinical research we study the safety of use of the «Monclavit- unguentum» and we provided the results toxicity testing.

1. «Monclavit-unguentum» belongs to a class of low-hazard substances, non-toxic and doesn't sensitizing;

2. «Monclavit-unguentum» doesn't cause cytotoxic effects with prolonged use and cause no pathomorphological change;

3. «Monclavit-unguentum» non-irritant on the skin animal and doesn't irritate the mucous membranes oral cavity of animals;

4. «Monclavit-unguentum» doesn't accumulate in livestock production.

«Monclavit-unguentum» contains system based on high molecular weight PVP "Polidon" produced by «Orgpolimersinthesis» which has a very high molecular weight in 150 times higher than of the other polymers.

«Monclavit-unguentum» provides more high medical and preventive effect due to its antibacterial and antifungal activity. Ointment use for treatment of the infections skin and purulent-necrotic lesions on distal part of leg animals. Uniqueness composition ointment in the components which provide a prolongation antibacterial action and reduces damages for tissue organism the influence of iodine.

When applied on tissue «Monclavit-unguentum» has a particularity when dry up forms a pellicle and protect of the treating surface from the contamination, infection and other effects.

Study results allow to recommend «Monclavit-unguentum» for the veterinary use.

Methods of application the «Monclavit-unguentum» :

1. Aseptic wounds, wounds of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity

2. Open extensive the wounds

3. Purulent long-term healing wounds

4. Surgical treatment of abscesses and fistulous canals

5. Treatment Pododermatitis and Foot ulcer

6. Casual wounds of the skin during and after haircut

7. Mastitis abscess

8. Dermatosis, eczema, dermatitis

«Monclavit-unguentum» significantly helped the healing and effective protects the surface of the animal's body from mechanical damage and insect attack.
