THE INFLUENCE OF THE INDIVIDUAL TEACHER ON THE QUALITY OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF THE UNIVERSITY

 

In educational process of higher school much depends on the teachers engaged in the learning process.

High school teacher – guide in the vast space of mass culture, which benefits society, including students. The diversity of contemporary culture creates a special challenge in the development of values, socialization, and understand young people in this "layer cake" of information without sufficient preparation is not easy. Understanding the specifics of mass culture, its advantages and disadvantages, high school teacher needs from a professional point of view to analyze it, transfer the attention of students to certain valuable works of spiritual culture.

A special role in such activities is given to the teachers of Humanities. So, cultural studies equips students with the methodology of the study of cultural processes in society. «In modern conditions greatly increased the need for cultural knowledge that is related to the necessity of dialogue between civilizations and the importance of preventing terrorist and neo-fascist threat in the world» [1, p. 15]. Therefore, «the aim of cultural studies is to demonstrate culture as a global phenomenon, without which humanity cannot exist, and in which the primary goal is the development of its personal form» [2, p. 59].

The function of the teacher becomes a fencing students from showing through the media of pessimism that transformirovalsya constantly coming from their negativity. It is transferred to all spheres of human activity, including on education, which is perceived by the student, his family as the time of trial.

However, the formation of a positive perception of education is very important process: it covers the time, effort, and a part of human life and his family. We're not talking about the fact that the educational process is the basis of social and professional competence of the student.

The solution to these problems is assigned to numerous teaching methods. But the underlying emphasis of the individual professional employee of the University. The teacher's personality becomes a carrier of attractiveness of knowledge, of intellectual activity, which together determine the desire of students willing to learn, and in General their further life. It is now more than ever in the current University thesis «the Joy of learning».

The personality of the teacher is particularly important, as through it students develop the attitude to discipline, to science as the sphere of human culture. In the process of mutual communication students learn to defend their opinion, acquire the culture of using feed himself, analizatora abilities. You can't learn it through other forms of learning, which are increasingly introduced in teaching practice and innovations in teaching.

It is known that high-quality professional teacher gets only after 15 years of activity at the University. Young teachers, confirming qualification "youthful" science, are in the beginning of the educational career, they will have a thorough exploration of readable disciplines, the acquisition of pedagogical skills. «In the Department it is advisable to combine people of all ages who would vzaimoponimanii in a natural way» [3, p. 42]. For professors, associate professors with 15-20 years of experience- maturity, intellectuality, which is so necessary in the University.

Thus, the main basis of intelligence of students is the intellectual and personal qualities of the teacher. Not only great erudition and scientific training but also the ability to create a positive attitude to the very process of acquiring knowledge, to transform it into a happy mood is the most important professional trait of University teaching staff.

Therefore, the personality of the teacher should serve as a model of intelligence, a deep culture - the high standards of Russian scientists, who performed the function of a bearer of the culture of their specialties, departments, and science in General. Relationship of students with teachers high the "true" rank ennoble and exalt. The combination of intelligence against the background of high culture – an obligatory component of professional training of students of the University.
