APPLICATION OF RFID OF MARKS IS IN PACKING

 

Packing industry for today entered into the epoch of nanometer. The use of nanotechnologies and nonmaterial’s for the production of packing is wide enough.

In the sector of the «clever» packing, a most increase is envisaged in the production of packing from RFID – by marks. The clever packing have a row of functions, they are aimed at à supervision in quality of food products or surrounding them environment during transporting and storage for a foresight or measuring of safe expiration of products date. The clever packing can substantially extend possibilities of product and to fix his brand the same.

Technology of RFID became an effective instrument for protecting of commodities from thefts or imitations. Practically all six milliards of protective marks that are for sale annually are inflicted on packing: they abbreviate the amount of thefts on 80%. Markers that protect from a theft and radio frequency RFID – markers in packing can in a great deal assist the increase of volumes of sales [1, 2].

Noncontact marks-stickers own a unique identifying code, and also text information for visual recognition of documents description of that is added to the database. It gives possibility to use RFID of mark in the checking and access control systems.

However, as most technologies, RFID, in the field of defenses, have the defects: RFID- technology at shadowing after motion of objects safe not enough. The lack of providing of safety of objects is that majority of RFID of the systems about 1 MHz work in the ranges of frequencies and higher, in that defense of marks it’s undifficult to overcome. Lacks of safety that is related to the radio frequency marks arise up through possibility to screen them, for example, by means of all fold. Even with the battery feed of RFID of mark can be blocked, although distance of their work higher and will block more difficult. Thus, objects from RFID can avoid an exposure a mark, or by chance or intentionally. It considerably diminishes their efficiency as to the device of safety for shadowing. However, combining RFID with other technologies it is possible to attain certain results. For example, radio frequency marks can contain a magnetic element. When a magnetic element is properly magnetized by the associated unit, it is able to change tuning of marks, blocking a radio frequency reaction the same. RFID – of mark use certain standards enciphering of data, that have proof not enough defense, at development of new standards and combinations of different methods of defense, RFID is technology that can considerably help in the decision of question that touch informative safety. On this time the basic problem of introduction of RFID – of labels is development of aerials. It is suggested to do such aerials simply on a paper by means of printing current–carrying paints. Some firms already supply with water-dispersible and flexographic   paint for printing of RFID – of aerials [3, 4].

Accordingly development of new current–carrying materials is actual in industry of development of RFID – of labels.
