The efficiency
analysis of new technologies used for increase of oil recovery
Development works on introduction of the
mechanical, physical, chemical, hydrodynamic and thermal increase of oil
recovery (EOR) methods are conducted at
Uzen deposit in different geological
and physical conditions taking into account the state of industrial development
of the field. These methods are:
1) Mechanical methods - hydraulic fracturing (HF), gas-dynamic
fracturing (GDF), the acoustic effects
(AE), electric influence (EI);
2) Thermal methods – termal gas acid
perforating implosion stimulation (TGAPIS),
termal barium chemical treatment (TBCT);
3) Physical and chemical methods -
repair and sealing work (RSW), stimulation by cross-linked polymer layer system (SPS) and the polymer gel
composition "Temposkrin" visco-elastic composition (VSL),
hydrochloric acid treatment (SD), gidrokislotny blow (MAS), water-hydrocarbon
emulsion (VUVE) emulsion combined effect of (ECI), glinoasidtreatment (IAT).
Design
of species of the technologies shown in Figure 1. As is evident from the data
presented in the chart, the most widespread adoption of technology was
fractured in 2009 - 32% of the total work.

Figure
2 - Distribution of additional oil production per well by technology
stimulation for 2007- 2009 years.
Figure 2 compares the
effectiveness of technologies for the years 2007-2009 [1, 2, 3]. As you can
see, the most effective method is hydraulic fracturing.
The results of the gas-dynamic fracturing
We analyzed the results of the wells
fracturing technology gasdynamic (GDF).
The method is designed to improve GDF
wells in reservoir properties of reservoir rocks and increase the flow.
The results of the gas-dynamic
fracturing
We analyzed the results of the wells
fracturing technology gasdynamic (GDF).
The method is designed to improve GDF
wells in reservoir properties of reservoir rocks and increase the flow.
The comparison of flow rates and water
content in the wells before and after GDF 2007 to 2009 is shown in table 1 [1, 2,
3].
Results GDF proved effective in 59 wells,
with no effect - 28 wells, including wells and 7 (well 2923, 4906, 5697, 5552,
4376, 3521, 6074), after oil production declined GDF 20, 25, 33 , 17, 33, 50,
40%, respectively, for 6 wells (wells 5202, 2672, 8352, 6114, 6067, 8426), oil
production remained unchanged (from 1 to 5 tons / day). The main objects of GDF
are well on 13 and 14 horizons degraded productive characteristics [4]. In 2007,
as a result of 13 wells in GDF horizon increase oil production per well has
averaged 5.5 tons / day.
Additional oil production per well was
3040, the operation tons. The success of 62%. In 2008, as a result of GDF in
wells 13 and 14 horizons increase oil production per well has averaged 3 tons /
day. Additional oil production by an average of one well operations amounted to
1371 tons.

Accumulated
additional oil production was 32 898 tonnes. The success was 57%.
In 2009, as a result of GDF in holes 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 horizons increase
oil production per well has averaged 5 tons / day.
Additional
oil production by an average of one
well operations amounted to 986 tons. Cumulative incremental oil production
from 43 wells was 27 616 tonnes. The was success of 66%.
In
general, for the period analyzed by conducting GDF oil production per well has
increased on average 2.3 times more oil per well, the operation to an average
of 2205 tons. Total cumulative additional oil production due to treatment was
54 177 tonnes. The success of the work amounted to an average of 62%. The
duration of response was 300 days.
Technology GDF inferior fracture, but
is also effective, helps to intensify development of oil reserves.
