Environment of people and methods

of its harmonization in modern culture

In modern culture, being in a new environment, life stability of a person without any historical and cultural experience is one of the basic problems. A modern person exists in the atmosphere of emotional disharmony that leads to a mismatch and we can speak about instability of social life. Increasing mental work load which a person faces more and more often in our modern techno genetics world causes a congestion of negative emotions, neuroses, considerable pressure of physiological functions. It results in exhaustion, performance decrement, stressful situations and other infringements in organism activity. However negative influence affects not only the psychological condition of the person, but also his physical health. Because of «stressful life» millions of people suffer from weakness, sleep disorder, weariness, anxiety, excessive aggression [1, 10; 2, 14-15].

It forces to deal with the problem of how to create comfortable environment for a person, experts and representatives of different branches of scientific and philosophical knowledge. As alternative, stabilizing life factors of a person, we can name sensual abilities, namely color, sound, smell (for example, color- , music- and aromatherapy, based on the set of world outlook, vital aspects in their harmony with psycho emotional and physical aspects) which help to get rid of depression, to raise working capacity and attention, to stop exhaustion and stress. For example, French therapists ZH.-M. Weiss and M. Shavelli, applying the principle of color efficiency, use the methods of chromo therapy for treating patients [3].

Music therapy has also a wide spectrum of influence on the psycho emotional status of the person. It contributes the formation of a certain emotional condition (Ch.A. Izmaylov, J.J. Labkaev, L.V. Matveeva, etc.); reduces uneasiness level (G.G. Deker-Fojgt, I.E. Volpert, etc.); promotes memorizing process. In therapy it is used to form favorable condition of the patient (S.V. Shushardzhan, V.I. Petrushin, etc.); it is used in treating children with mental retardation (N.V. Shutova, S.I. Sergeeva, L.M. Gusev, etc.). This method is actively developed for social-rehabilitation work (A.S. Klyuyev); it has medical, health-improving character applied in educational institutions (N.A. Fudin, O.P. Tarakanov, S.J. Klassina, etc.).

Increasing interest to psychodynamic influences of smell by means of aromatherapy (R. Gatterfors, Z. Valne, G. Bull, X. Valdzhi, etc.) is explained by the ability of smell to overcome the syndrome of ecological weariness, to reduce negative influence of stress-producing elements, to acquire emotional well-being. The methods of diagnostics of psycho emotional and physiological condition of a person are being also developed (for example, the color psycho diagnostics developed by G. Rorshahom, M. Ljusherom, V. Dragunsky, etc.).

Creation of favorable working conditions by means of industrial aesthetics is a very important problem. Its purpose is the formation of the harmonious environment for life and work of a person, reducing weariness, etc. Practical activity aimed at esthetic organization of the industrial environment began with colorful decoration of interiors of the industrial enterprises. Z.K. Beresnevich, V.V. Blohin, M.E. Krichevsky, V.A. Glinkin, N.N. Ilyin, E.P. Skinners, E.N. Lukjanova, L.Í. Millers, F.P. Kosmolinsky, V.M. Milyutin, G. Friling, K. Auer, etc. showed the principles of the optimal coloring of administrative, common buildings of the industrial enterprises. They viewed the interior coloring as the main element of the color climate and its role in creation favorable working conditions at the enterprise and its role in labor productivity of increase; classified color as an element of culture and as a vital necessity of for a person’s existence.

As a warning to weariness and exhaustion, the means to increase working efficiency (S.M. Berk, K.V. Vasilevsky, I.A. Goldvarg, A.A. Perrote, L.B. Pereverzev, M.D. Rosenbaum, O.B. Zahvatkina, N.D. Popkov, G.Ju. Shalavejuvene, etc.), as a means to influence a person in long isolation (L. N. Millers) music is used.

Increase of work pressure, intensification of work leads to the development of the chronic weariness syndrome and working capacity decrease. To correct the situation it is possible to use the ways of deodorization and atomization at the enterprises. (A.F. Prokopchuk, N.N. Haladzhan). One of which is the phytodesign (B.P. Tokin). The phytodesign of the industrial buildings has an effect on the health of the personnel, provides vivacity, freshness, reduces weariness sin thee do the working day, improves sleep, regulates nervous system. In modern culture the phytodesign is an integral part of the social-cultural, medical and preventive institutions, children, educational institutions, industrial areas. The functions of the phytodesign are not only to satisfyaes the ticdemandsofa person (beauty of shape and colors, pleasure of smells), but also physiological in fluency on the person (processes of excitation/braking), regulation fair micro flora and surfaces of the closed system, removal and neutralization of pollution.

Thus, it is advisable to use color, sound, smell for realization of such socially significant problems as harmonization, stabilization of a psycho emotional condition of the person. In bulk the above mentioned components render preventive, rehabilitation influence on a person, expand its adaptable possibilities, and assist to increase the organism resistance to the influence of the environment hostility.
