Determination same factors of bushy draw leaves ilm

 

Publicity of phyto preparation grows and it is conditioned urgency problem of standartization raw materials and substances of phytogenous. We know some articles which dedicated this matter []. We reverse attention per famous plant in our country. It is ilm of family Ulmaceae. It is tree of 30 m in height. Leaves and bark make use of like antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory in the folk medicine []. We researched chemical composition the vegetative and generative organs of plants these species and we determined availability different groups of phenol substances such as hydroxicoric acids, phlavonoids and tannins. Also we defined manufacturing process quality optimization obtaining of bushy draw leaves ilm like the much more available species raw material and worked 5 serious of these substances.

Exploring is establishment some parameters bushy draw with perspective species raw materials such as leaves ilm including determination quantitative content substances such as amount oxidative phenol, hydroxicoric acids and phlavonoids.

Objects, analysis and methods effort. The object of research was bushy draw leaves ilm. The raw material stored during 2006-2009 years from different region of Ukraine. The bushy draw worked by method fractional maceration (proportion raw materials and extractant was 1:15, repetition factor of discharge was 3, extractant was 50% alcohol). The content amount of oxidative phenol was defined from technique DF SRSR XI transactions [], the amount of hydroxicoric acids was determined from technique spectrophotometry in reappraisal on chlorogenic acid [], content amount of phlavonoids was appointed in reappraisal on rutin [].

         Results and discussion. Bushy draw leaves ilm is umber piceous substances with soft specific aroma and taste. This substances was readily soluble in 50% alcohol and very bed soluble in 96% alcohol, and didn’t soluble in chloroform and diethyl ether. Contenting heavy element was any more 0,01%. The moisture content was 23,0-25,0%. Results of quantitative content of different phenol compounds into some serious bushy draw are stated in the array. Subject to serious bushy draw the content of amount hydroxicoric acids librated dab (in 1,05 time) when the content of phlavonoids librated practical in 1,4 time. We determined bedrock of content some group of biological activity substances which appointed. So, content amount of oxidative phenol in 5 serious of bushy draw leaves ilm (in reappraisal on dry substance) was after all 12,0%, the amount of hydroxicoric acids into reappraisal on chlorogenic acid was after all 7,5%, content amount of phlavonoids into reappraisal on rutin was after all 2,0%. Results of research 5 serious substances leaves ilm will be exploit in developing become categories “Quality control methods” on raw material.

Summary

1.     We carried out determination quantitative content hydroxicoric acids and phlavonoids in bushy draw leaves ilm from spectrophotometric method.

2.     We established that content amount of oxidative phenol in 5 serious of bushy draw leaves ilm was after all 12,0%, the amount of hydroxicoric acids into reappraisal on chlorogenic acid was after all 7,5%, content amount of phlavonoids into reappraisal on rutin was after all 2,0% (in reappraisal on dry substance).
