PERFECTION
OF EDUCATIONAL-TRAINING PROCESS ON BASIS OF ACCOUNT OF PARAMETERS OF GENERAL
PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS OF RUGBY-PLAYERS 16-18 YEARS OF AGE
For rational process of the sportive training control,
competition activity and their further perfection it is necessary to provide
approach, at which on the first plan concrete aims would be set and means,
providing realization of management tasks corresponding to their achievement.
Physical
preparation, as one of components of the system of the sportive training, as a
rule, related to development of basic physical skills of sportsman [3],
necessary to him in sportive activity – speed, power, co-ordinating, endurance
and flexibility, and also some their complex displays – speed-power, speed
endurance and the like.
Modern Rugby League makes great
demands to the motor capabilities and functional possibilities of sportsman.
Motor activity of rugby-player is very various and difficult. It is
characterized by large variable of the applied motions, different by the nature
and the structure, complication of individual, group and team actions,
continuous change of situations, dynamic and static work of variable power. All
that requires comprehensive, well planned and purposeful preparation [1, 4-5].
The rationally organized process of body-conditioning is directed to all-round
and at the same time proportional development of different motive capabilities
which are revealed in the selected type of sport and assist success in sportive
activity.
The high indexes of development of general physical preparedness serve
as the functional background of development of the special physical skills, effective routine of perfection of other sides of
preparedness of sportsmen – technical, tactical, psychological. Functional
potential, achieved by a sportsman in the process of body-conditioning, serves
only as necessary pre-condition of successful perfection in one or another type
of sport, but in itself it can not provide achievements of high sports results without
subsequent purposeful special physical preparation [2].
The
substantive provisions of the program of the special physical preparation are
in-process are considered in setup period of training macrocycle for
rugby-players of 16-18 years. During an analysis and comparison of complexes of
body-conditioning we selected exercises for development of speed orientation, a
sprint was used in the generally preparatory stage of annual preparation. For
development of endurance running exercises of moderate intensity were chosen. Long
jumps, high jumps, triple jump were a mean for development of speed-power
capabilities, for development of force different strength exercises were chosen.
Feature
of correlation of training work on a body-conditioning is presented on figure
1, which is directed to development of basic physical skills (capabilities).

The
basic constituent of body-conditioning concerning the offered methods was a
plan of preparation with determination of percent correlations of orientation
of development of basic for Rugby
League of physical capabilities, namely variations of loading related to
the speed-power component on a background of development of endurance. At the
first stage pay attention was paid to development of endurance with the gradual
passing over to the increase of power endurance, at the second-decreasing of
amount of exercises on power endurance with passing to speed endurance. In future
the increase of level of amount of exercises was maintained for the development
of speed-power capabilities with predominance of speed capabilities which are a
basic constituent in competition activity in Rugby League.
Researches showed that such correlation of the
training loading upon development of basic physical skills
(capabilities) in setup period substantially promotes efficiency of competition
activity of sportsmen in Rugby League.
