DEVELOPMENT OF CORPORATE MANAGEMENT IN KAZAKHSTAN

 

Now development of management of corporations of Kazakhstan is subject to considerable influence of globalization. Process of globalization is shown in prevalence of the international transaction of the managing subject. Globalization — is higher level of development of internationalization which assumes functional integration of the economic activity widespread in scales of the world economy.

Globalization means entry into a new phase of production and economic and financial and economic activity of the managing subjects which signs the following is:

- increase in growth rates of direct foreign investments;

- increase in number of domestic levels of specialization and cooperation or strengthening of vertical integration of various stages of production, providing, marketing, investment and other processes in international scales;

- increase of complexity of process of resource providing as a result of creation of joint managing subjects and other forms of horizontal integration.

The considered tendencies substantially form features of system of management on the majority of the enterprises of Kazakhstan.

Refusal of monopoly for administrative rationalism of classical schools of management is expressed that the success of corporation is defined by exclusively rational organization of production, decrease in expenses and specialization development, impact on internal factors of production. Value of factors of environment constantly increases in connection with complication of all system of the public relations. Environment often dictates strategy and tactics of the enterprises.

Using in management of the theory of systems the direction represents corporation in unity of its components, main from which are:

- components of which the system consists;

- communications by which components of system are united;

- structure by which communications between components are fixed;

- the interaction arising between components of system;

- the process leading to changes in result of interaction;

- the identification allowing to distinguish properties of system from others;

- the conceptualism reflecting system as a special form with the purposes and values of the authors who developed it;

- the environment presented by the phenomena which aren't part of system, but having on it impact.

Management - is skill of managers to understand a situation, to open its characteristics and to choose the relevant management, and then to follow scientific recommendations in the field of the management, having generalizing and universal character.

The role of the person as key resource demanded from management as science and managers as performers of creation of conditions for realization of the requirements put in it to self-education.

There is the corporation culture predetermining existence at all working common goals, their direct participation in development of ways of achievement of these is more whole, and consequently, and interest in providing the end results of corporation.

The new paradigm demanded revision of the principles of management by modern corporation.

The main attention is the human and social aspects of management, the person:

- to motivate people capable to joint actions, to do their efforts by more effective;

- management isn't separable from culture, is based on honesty and trust to people;

- management forms communications between people and defines an individual contribution everyone working in the general result, and ethics appears in business a golden rule of management.

This new frame of reference on management is known as "quiet revolution" as it breaks nothing in the developed structure of management, and only supplements them, adapting for new conditions.

Situational theories of management make recommendations concerning that, properly to operate in concrete situations. Four obligatory steps which have to be carried out by the manager to achieve effective management in each concrete situation are allocated:

- control has to be able to exercise the situation analysis from the point of view of what requirements to corporation imposes the situation and that is characteristic for a situation;

- the corresponding approach to implementation of management which most and in the best way I conformed to the demands made to corporation from a situation has to be chosen;

- management has to create potential in corporations and necessary flexibility in order that it was possible to pass to the new administrative style corresponding to a situation;

- management has to make the corresponding changes, allowing to be arranged to a situation.

Today recognition of control systems on the basis of anticipation of changes, methods of strategic planning and management increases in Kazakhstan corporations. 

Respectively, management structures in which the preference is given to decentralization change also, corporation mechanisms adapt to identification of new problems and development of new decisions, than control of the already accepted more. 

Maneuver in distribution of resources is appreciated above, than punctuality of their expenditure. 

Modern opening was value of corporation culture as powerful instrument of the management which is especially effectively used in corporations of Japan.

The most characteristic features of management of modern corporations of Kazakhstan are based on:

- strategic thinking;

- orientations in the international competitive environment;

- use of information technologies;

- innovation and personal leadership.
