Model of the interactive methodical center as the means of information competention development

 

The advanced pedagogical experience at the stage of the invented systems technologies and methods of training introduction passes the thorny road in comparison with innovation in any other area of human activity. It is natural, because the greater number of degrees of freedom any mechanism possesses, the more difficult it is to adjust its excellent job in the set parameters. The educational system possesses enormous number of “degrees of freedom”. Applying concept of “a degree of freedom”, concerning area of classical mechanics, in the given context we allocate with its following maintenance: the components of educational system possessing the big parametrical mobility. First of all, it, certainly, concerns to subjects of educational activity. And the inventor of a pedagogical innovation, and the addressee of its training activity possess the specific features which are distinct from what the follower of the given inventor and its trainees possesses; the establishment of education, orientation of its pedagogical collective, equipment of educational process by means of training, etc. is possible to continue indefinitely. That is why presence of the methodical center, the main task which superproblem would be appercepation the advanced achievements of world student teaching in conditions of national educational system is represented rather actual.

Understanding the globality of the purposes, and comparing it with opportunities of the professional work, it is necessary to allocate that part of a problem which decision lays in the field of our competence. And namely, the attempt of the methodical center model designing which purpose is the appercepation information technologies of training.

First of all it is necessary to imagine precisely a situation in which conditions our model will be under the construction. Parameters of conditions, in our opinion, is the presence of computer techniques at the addressee, its inclusiveness in an information network, availability of services of an information network in technological, economic and competensive aspects. It is especially important, as the action of the  model will be carried out and in virtual space including. Thus, we shall formulate the first problem: to analyse a situation in which introduction of the model is necessary. That is to define the minimal and maximal number of subjects of real and virtual educational space in which action of model will be carried out. To study technological equipment of the addressee, its level information competencies, methodical needs, and also motivation of activity of the addressee on perfection methodical and information competencies.

Knowing it, we can understand, what, actually, from information and methodical competencies are represented our addressee by the most actual with what it should to acquaint and suggest be mastered, that is the second problem is formulated: definition of the virtual educational space maintenance.

Defining the character of the methodical center as interactive, we shall pay attention to the first part of a word interactive, that is active at association in joint activity and active inside of themselves. Activity, in any activity, is shown only when available need as a result of activity, the motive of activity is generated, the subject knows about ways and receptions of activity, owns toolkit for realization of the given activity and its result emotionally, socially, financially, intellectually and still somehow for it is significant. Thus, we can set for ourselves the third problem: to make the analysis of the addressee.

It is obvious, that the addressee of the design activity will be rather non-uniform on the level of information competence, to an age attribute, on a status role in educational system. Therefore the design of model of the methodical center should be multidimensional.

Multidimensionality of the design of model is realized in its each element and the block. The first block is advertising information. It solves a problem of attraction of attention of users of information systems to activity of the center. The second block is information-testing. Action of mechanisms of this block will allow defining to the given individual a way of occurrence in the given area of virtual educational space, to build an individual trajectory of promotion in it. The third block is substantial-information. It includes actually training materials, the bibliography and «Internetography» the materials concerning the problem, solved activity of the center. The fourth block is information-activity, providing information, methodical, psychological support of the trainee mastering new information competence, or improving them. The fifth block is the feedback. Contains the materials placed in virtual educational space by trainees. To lead action of model of the center to active multivariate functioning of this block, means to make a design of model self-erected. Placing the materials in the virtual educational space formed by model of the methodical center, the individual who is growing up in given space information competence, will do it by the same blocks, as well as organizers of the specified space. And it too one of factors of multidimensionality and polyfunctionality of virtual educational space, in which each individual plays a subject role both training, and a trainee.

In connection with the above-stated has ripened necessity appercepation principles and methods of formation of the information competence adequate as features of the Kazakhstan system of continuous formation as original unit in world educational space, and to a modern level and prospects of development of information processes and systems.

The model of the Interactive methodical center of formation of information competence satisfies to all criteria named above that is why this direction of research is represented as the most proved and actual.
