and innovation policies.
In the current literature on
the problems of management of innovation processes in the field of educational
activities, there is the complexity and diversity of the process. Particular
attention is focused on the fact that an innovative approach to teaching
students to be systematic and should cover all aspects of educational work in
the preparation of future specialists, thus should be reviewed theoretical and
practical approaches to educational content, professional and pedagogical
training of teachers, development of new technologies and teaching methods.
Designated perspective actively exploring domestic and foreign researchers such
as J. Martin, L. Swanson, J. Lerner, MD Skatkin, Bespal'ko V., V. Slastenin, O.
Infantry, S. Sysoev et al. However, most research focuses on secondary schools,
and high school unfairly left unattended domestic scientists. And the works
that focus features and distinctive features of innovative methods of teaching
students, and to identify the advantages and prospects of the use of various
innovative forms of training, not so much.
As is known, the basis of
innovative educational technologies used in the educational process should be
the social order, the professional interests of future specialists, taking into
account individual, the personality characteristics of students. Therefore,
when training in high school the use of innovative forms and methods must be
organically combined with a pragmatic understanding of the aims and objectives
of education and training. In modern psychological and pedagogical literature

teaching different disciplines, the development of new approaches to
professional situations, the development of creative, creative abilities of
students.
Effective forms of
educational work for the implementation of the educational process of
innovation processes and the formation of key professional competencies of
future professionals is the use of various active forms and methods of training:

discussion of important issues,
cooperative learning, the creation of problem situations, preparation of
professional directed videos and presentations, and other transition from information-explanatory
training for innovative and efficient associated with the use in the
educational process of new computer and a variety of information technology,
e-books, videos, providing free search activity, and involves the development
and individual orientation. For this reason, today it may be noted a variety of
innovative methods of teaching students, in particular, is a problem and play
technology, the technology of collective and group activities, simulation
methods of active learning methods for analysis of specific situations,
project-based learning, cooperative learning, creative learning, innovation
educational project activities, lecture-press conference, lecture-discussions,
lectures, visualization, lecture-debate, and so on.
Consider some of the
presented methods in more detail.
In the game simulation is widely represented a variety of
games: business, evaluation, organization and activity-related, innovative,
reflexive games to relieve stress and the formation of innovative thinking,
search and approbation, and etc. If you are using gaming dominates
productive-transforming activity of students. In particular, educational games
are characterized by multi-variant and alternative solutions from which to
choose the most efficient. Business games for educational purposes got now
quite widespread in universities and used primarily for senior students in the
study of special subjects, particularly those related to the economy,
organization and management, accounting, law, new forms of management in the
market conditions.
Innovative educational project activity is
an effective form of organization of educational process aimed at individual
development of cognitive interests and creative abilities of students. This
method involves the mastery of technology, presentation of various creative
works (reports, reviews, abstracts, and reports on professionally oriented
themes). Meaning and purpose of educational innovation is the implementation of
a new vision of teaching methodology, bringing new techniques, technologies,
multimedia learning tools for the development of the future specialist.
Method refers to research projects. It is based on the
development of students' cognitive skills, skills to independently design their
knowledge to navigate in the information space, the development of critical
thinking and creative abilities. Project-based learning is focused on the
independent activity of students - individual, paired or group, which students
perform for a certain period of time. This approach integrates seamlessly with
the group approach to learning. Project-based learning always involves solving
a problem that involves, on the one hand, using a variety of methods and means
of education, on the other hand, the integration of knowledge and skills from
different fields of science, engineering, technology, and creative industries.
Creative learning involves free access each student

• The basis of creative
learning is supposed educational product that will be created by the students;
• Compliance with external
educational product student its domestic needs;
• Individual student's
educational trajectory in the educational space;

understanding the professional activities, to develop independent thinking, the
ability to make the best in a particular situation solutions. As practice

prerequisite for the preparation of highly qualified specialists. Using a
variety of methods and techniques of active learning arouses students' interest
in most educational-cognitive activity that allows you to create an atmosphere
of motivated, creative learning, and at the same time to solve a range of
