A MODEL OF PREPARATION

OF TEAM AS BASIS OF EDUCATIONAL-TRAINING PROCESS IN RUGBY LEAGUE

The variety of sporting technique, tactic and physical preparation in sport requires the selection of rational and effective means and methods of preparation big specialists. Problem of management of preparation of highly skilled sportsmen and their contention activity is one of major problems in modern sport [2, 3].

Rugby League is one of the game types of sport which develops in large scale in Ukraine. It is a bright sports spectacle and has more than age-old history of development [3]. Specific of this type of sport is its speed-power orientation requiring the innovative approach to the methods of training of young rugby-players [1]. Therefore development of the pattern of preparation, as a basis of control of training process rugby players is the live issue in relation to upgrading of educational-training process.

In Rugby League to achieve maximal results it needs the purposeful sports preparation, the structure basis of which is physical, technical, tactical, psychological and theoretical preparation, which exist in a system of dynamic intercommunication [4-6]. However, for today there is not the unitary program of preparation in Rugby League that stipulates the necessity of systematization of existent knowledge and generalization of experience of leading specialists in Rugby League with the purpose of bringing of scientific grounds to the methods of preparation of sportsmen.

Scientific researches testify that application of the preparation models of sportsmen is major basis for the increase of level of physical and technique-tactic preparedness of rugby-players. It is established that the model of preparation of sportsmen allows objectively and purposefully to manage an educational-training process with the purpose of increase of level of sports skill in Rugby League.

Systematic analysis of foreign literature, supervision of contention activity of rugby-players of the different age-related groups and qualification, generalization of results of supervision and own experience [3], conversations with trainers, skilled and young sportsmen allowed to define the analytical model of preparation of team in Rugby League (fig. 1).

As 13 players participate in Rugby League, then the model of preparation includes in details prepared models of players of different roles: 3 in an attack which consists of 5 players; 3 in midfield which consists of 3 players; 3 in defense which consists of 5 players.

Thus, the analytical model of preparation of teams is worked out that allows rationally to use players on the playing lines of role and is an effective reference-point for upgrading of game in Rugby League. The account of this model needs development of the differentiated and individual program of preparation of players of the different age-related group and different roles.
