In the history of national literature 60-70 years of the twentieth century are particularly busy period, as the literary process of this period are works of historical character. Personality Sal Seri occupies a special place in the national existence of the Kazakh people. Through their works of Kazakh writer gave the concept of the phenomenon of sal-serine, a phenomenon that has a special place in the national existence, traditions, customs, and who had no equal in the world. Describe the historical event, a phenomenon separate from the public and the social, historical, political situation, a period is impossible. The society formed its own laws. Cognitive and influential role of art historical nature is special.

The literature reveals reality, the image of the time through the description of the object of his study - a man in a period in the historical environment. Over the fate of man reveals to the reader lives, brings it instills a sense of morality, and this is the aesthetic history lesson "[1.21]. Image sal Seri is the talented improvisers, vividly expresses the unique nature of the Kazakh people in globalization to praise secret art, is the pride of the nation for centuries. Birzhan sal, Zhayau Musa, Akan Seri, Ukili Ybyray, Kulutma, Estay and others who lived in the second half of the XIX century and in the first half of the XX  century, have a special place in the Kazakh national musical culture, and literature.

In studies of E.Ismailova, A. Margulan, E.Tursynova, A.Seydimbeka, M.Magauina, S.Kenzhahmetuly, S.Negimova, K.Abdezuly gives a comprehensive definition, valuable feedback phenomenon sal Seri.
