Perspective development the
government of forestry in Bashkortostan Republic
For today
forestry of Bashkortostan Republic progresses slowly, but in right case. There
are advantages and disadvantages in its development. The problem of forestry is
the relevant in current day, because it is differ with special perspective. It
is necessary to liquid some problems for its more progress.
From the results of checking, the agency of forestry
of Bashkortostan Republic was included in number of the best agencies of
country in terms of acclimation plantations. Thus, survival
rate of the annual plantations amounted to 86, 5 percent at a rate of 82 percent, three-year – 81, 5 percent at a standard of 74
percent. Safety of five-year plants had reached a record high of 100 percent.
It was possible by a competent work of forestry. [3]
As the main
forester of the
Forestry Agency of Bashkortostan Republic
Nikolay Kopylov notes, forestry workers paid
special attention to protective forestation. After all, how competently performed silvicultural measures of protection agricultural land from adverse natural events, depends on which harvest will have agricultural
specialists. Considering this, in 2011 foresters of republic laid the shelterbelts on the area of 67 ha, overfulfilled the plan by 1.5 times. At the
same time survival rate of young trees was an average of 85 percent. And under of the research
activities specialists of the Republic had grown around 4 thousand plants with improved hereditary properties. [3] These trees have a high survival rate, are stable to temperature and wetness. Consequently, the wood of such crops is more strong and expensive. Such success can not but rejoice.
Along with
leading forestry - such as Uchalinskiy, which have prepared 48000 cubic meters of wood this year, - there are farms, where the development of cutting area does not
exceed 50% of planned volumes. [2] In this case work is broken with self seating planned for cutting - often mountainous, hard to humans and especially for transport areas, the complexity of wood softwood trees: material is not suitable for production. However, specialists worry it does not matter. If we compare the results of the farms in recent years, we can confidently say that forestry of the Republic slowly but growing.
As to the problems, - there is not the
most pleasant situation with woodworking in the Republic. The forest is cut down and goes to the side,
bypassing the Bashkir customers,
entrepreneurs, meanwhile, are focused on the resale.
In September of
2011. , there is an online conference of the Minister of Forestry of Bashkortostan Republic Razhap Nabiullin on national television, in which residents of the
country were
actively involved. Especially, the question of deep processing of timber was the main
for the inhabitants. Razhap Nabiullin acknowledged that the companies engaged in deep processing of wood today are very few, and the republic's leadership understands the necessity to build the factories in this area. It has long been going communication with investors, discussed the possibility of
such construction.
The question arises - what
if not a
large investor, but an ordinary citizen of the republic, an entrepreneur wants
to do woodworking?
In this case, a good example to follow is Karaidelsky district where there are enterprises of the production of furniture, different types of boards and wood products. Businessmen of the region form 50% of the budget. [1] It is also not very bad.
According to the interview of
small businesses, it finds that many owners of the power-saw benches, are in
no hurry to
do deep
processing of wood,
as they
find it an extra confusion because much more profitable is to cut wood and take the volume of production. [2]
As considers Razhap Nabiullin, wood processing, nevertheless, can be lucrative. Especially when it comes to charcoal,
"To do a small business in this area would require about 5 million rubles,
- says the
minister. - This amount is sufficient to the acquisition of all plants. And this business will pay off quickly - within a year. The priceof charcoal today is about 14 rubles per kilogram. "[3] An example here was thecompany "Zilairsky forest", recently launched a facility for manufacture of charcoal.
So, depending on
the nature
of the problems in the forestry sector of the republic, we can conclude that many of them can still be solved. But you must a special effort not only local government but also to the citizens, because forestry for the Republic of Bashkortostan is quite promising, profitable business, and at the same time is very complicated, laborious.
