Automated control system for medical institution
Now the vast
majority of the enterprises of Kazakhstan uses the automated systems of the
accounting of the activity, such as «1Ñ: Enterprise
». The main part of the enterprises and firms uses standard development of this
program, for example «1Ñ: Accounts department for Kazakhstan» or «1C: Management of trade
enterprise». But many organizations, in particular medical, faced with the
problem when the standard configuration to account for their activities. In
this case, some of them turn to developers to finalize the standard
configuration and changes to adapt the product to the characteristics of a
particular company. Often, such revision and amendment is a long process, and
that not unimportant is expensive. Any
updates for standard configurations every time adjust under atypical solutions.
Therefore maintenance platform "1Ñ: enterprise"
support centers in such organizations is longer than usual.
The main task of the company is the integration of a variety of reports
based on the input data, e.g. for analysis of residual products in stock. In
the system "1 c: Enterprise" contains the most advanced reporting
mechanism-even a novice developer applied solution will be able to understand
how to create a report based on the information contained in the database. The
user also has the ability to configure the report to display, sort by any group
or element. Thus, the reporting mechanism will be able to answer the
requirements of any industry enterprises in view of its characteristics [1].
This development environment is an intuitive interface for both user and
developer. Besides standard solutions company "1C: Enterprise", such
as "Accounting for Kazakhstan", "Manufacturing enterprise
management", "Trade management" is rather common and familiar to
almost everyone. The system supports 3-tier architecture-client, Web client,
client-to-server. Thus, the information base created in that system can handle
an unlimited number of people at the same time. This feature is very useful in
the application of the company with lots of employees. Also there are a large
number of settings in a multi-user database is the possibility to limit the
levels of access to different documents, reports, books, etc. Applied solution
can operate in two modes, respectively, types of transactions-"1C:
Enterprise" and "Configurator". The first mode is intended for users,
the second-for developers and programmers. The existence of this distinction is
for security of input data to a regular user could not compromise the integrity
of the configuration [2].
Applied solution "1C: Enterprise" is a combination of a technological
platform and configuration. Simply put, the platform is the program itself, a
"skeleton" of the system, and the configuration is a set of settings
for this program. Accordingly, the configurations can be unlimited; they could
be created for solving various tasks, such as accounting and tax accounting or
budgeting and allocation of funds. And, despite the fact that the configuration
information is completely different functionality, it can work on a single
system, i.e. in the platform.
The main distinctive feature of the system "1C: Enterprise" that
creating configurations implemented in a Russian programming language whose
syntax adapted for beginner developer learning that contributes to the rapid
development of the language. The "1C: Enterprise" has "open
code" that provides an opportunity to refine a model solution for the
specifics of your business even as a programmer.
For example,
psychiatry has specific features in comparison with other branches of medicine.
Policy management of patients, treatment, monitoring, and so on-all this makes
this type of medicine. That is why for such health-care facilities to improve
the quality of work you need to create an automated accounting system, which
would be completely tailored to the healthcare sector and meet all the stated
requirements.
