THE ROLE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN PHYSICAL HUMAN DEVELOPMENT
Problem statement.
Modern specialist of any profile should be able to freely navigate the
information flows, to be able to receive, process, organize, and use
information not only with the help of computers and software, but also by means
of telecommunications. This approach applies to specialists in physical culture
and sports.
Fundamentally
new styles of educational activity and sports training process, have a more
comfortable, mobilizes creativity, intellectual and physical potential of
students, formed by dint of information technology.
Key findings.
A
huge part of the population, with even higher levels of education, can not
properly dispose of their abilities that can be developed and maintained with
the help of physical exercises to achieve optimal form and save for years
performance capacity and health.
Modern
information technology can improve the situation. Information of sports
education implies the continuation of information society.
At
the moment, invented and implemented in the training process of training:
gymnastics, different kinds of martial arts, shooting, skiing, biathlon, and
other disciplines. Research Laboratory of the Russian State Academy of Physical
Culture has developed a program allowing to simulate the long-term adaptation
processes in the human body. Scientists believe that the use of such programs
increases the effectiveness of training during teaching in many sports
disciplines.
In
order to optimize the educational process on physical training takes place with
the help of special programs to develop and monitor the physical preparedness,
psycho-physical condition of the person as well as his physical activity. In
order to improve the management of the training process are not only the
application software products (ASP), and automated information processing
system.
At
the moment, increased focus quality technical training athletes. Developing
systems to improve the training is aimed at the creation of individual software
and hardware systems to automate entering information into the computer,
processing and calculation of the necessary biomechanical parameters. This
approach allows us to increase the effectiveness of training, improve training
of future athletes. As an instrument to collect information about the athlete
can serve tenzoplatforma, elektromagnetograf and others.
During
stage of information technology in the sports-training process is the creation
of database management systems, allowing to store, compile, and the search for
suitable resources for training. Currently, control of the degree of training
of athletes is moving towards the development of expert systems. Expert systems
- composite software systems that combine the knowledge of experts in their
subject areas and teaching experience that the less skilled users.
Information
technology is used at sports competitions. Professional athletes often use
modern digital techniques in their training.
Dartfish
- special software for the analysis of filmed video, it is used by athletes and
coaches in order to achieve the desired result. Dartfish uses a digital video
graphics for the purpose of setting the reverse visual communication without
interrupting training. This technology is used in European and world
championships and even the Olympics. At the same time, a system of electronic
Dartfish refereeing Hawk-Eye (Hawkeye) system already tested in some sports,
such as soccer, tennis, etc. Cameras with high speed and high resolution, the
perimeter of the field, track the trajectory of the ball, and then send the
data to a computer. The computer, in turn, builds a three-dimensional model of
the ball. According to the results obtained after processing the data, the
conclusion is given.
One
of the new areas of application of information technology related to the
invention of programs for recreational physical culture. These programs are:
diagnostic, diagnostic and recommendation and control. Diagnostic programs
enable the specialist to diagnose. Diagnostic and recommendation give the
person a specific set of recommendations, the appropriate level of health
shown. The control programs are designed to provide user interaction, working
on the principle of feedback: programs provide jobs, and then monitor the
performance of these tasks, and on the results obtained readings give
recommendations.
Information
technology can be used for retraining. One of the most important indicators in the
training and development is the creation of a common system of electronic aids:
manuals, knowledge bases, and the development of digital libraries. Some of the
information technology must handle and display of scientific and methodological
information based on Internet technology, the creation of Web-pages and
presentations. Information technology can support the lectures and practical
classes, and so on.
Conclusion.
Recently, computerization of our society is growing in strength. The main fact
is that the training of athletes and experts in the field of physical culture
and sports using the latest information technology brings a better and more
effective results.
