The importance of problems as development and increase of science and innovation of sector of economical agrarian is the problem of state agrarian policy. It is really important to use ecological harmless and innovational technologies in our country and in the world. Perfect quality an watering and sawing of the lands of the south Kazakhstan, considering quality of the harvest and climatic condition of the region with small expenses and smaller financial expenses to enlarge productivity and high quality of the able to meet competition corn harvest, grow agricultural harvest, processing land by new methods on new technology.

Before introducing in conversion new innovational technology is necessary to conduct scientifically-prophylaxis work, to know profitable climatic conditions and do scientific conclusion. So use bio container in watering facilities is necessary to produce to be able to meet competition products as cotton, wool, vegetables, fruits and products on cattle breeding is our primary task. Last several years are used macro capsules technology of the sawing production of fruits and vegetables. This method will show results with the help of bio compost, biogumus, micro and macro elements of micro capsules’ seed. This will reduce usage of organic and mineral fertilizers, and will enlarge development of seed, quick growing offshoot and increase the harvest. Low quality of the land, lack of water, low assortment to energy and mineral fertilizers, expensive agricultural products are the reason of the increase the costs on production of the harvest. Afore-named reasons become foundation to development several scientifically-technological branches i.e. main purpose is intensification of vegetable peasantry.

 

The aim of scientific work

Our scientific purpose is an use innovation technologies on spare resource in condition by sulphur of the land to grow in necessary amount to use bio containers (macro capsules) fertilizer of the harvest. Bio containers – 2 diameter pressed ball, used for keeping sowing harvests with empty hole with fertilizing component and microelements. There are all conditions for quick development of seeds.
