and metric approaches.
DISTANT EDUCATION, MODEL
OF THE DISTANT EDUCATION,
THE SET PROPERTIES
The
subject of this paper is the ideal
model of remote education with the set properties, considered from positions of
deductive, inductive, cybernetic and metric approaches.
For
research of the model of remote education with the set properties we will
address to a definition of concepts.
1.
Education is a phenomenon of human being, and a necessary condition for the
human way of being in the world. In the original sense, it is the conversion of
solid substance in body-spiritual microcosm. Education is not so much the
process of realization of the human essence as the process of its formation.
The ontology is expressed anthropological education "being -
formation," ie, a special kind of human being, for which objectified forms
of culture (subject environment, social relations, the collective experience,
knowledge, norms and values) are necessary condition, but not exhaustive and
does not predetermine all of its contents.
2.
Education is a result of training; set of the systematized knowledge,
skills, views and belief, and also a certain level of development of
informative forces and the practical preparation, reached as a result of
teaching and educational work. The main way of getting education is studding in
a system of educational institutions [1].
3. Education is a form of an objectivization of cumulative spiritual experience of
generations; set of the knowledge received in process and result of formation
of essence of the person in difficult system of formation of the personality.
For
the description of ideal model of remote education with the set properties we
will take as a basis the second definition as most fully reflecting phenomenon
characteristics.
Let's
address to a concept definition model.
1.
Model – some material or mentally represented object or the phenomenon, being
the simplified version of modeled object or the phenomenon (prototype);
2.
Model – logic construct which gravitates to convention (i.e. allows it);
3.
Model – the scheme, structure, sign system;
4.
Model – a logic basis of classification of regularities;
5.
Model – a law specification with reference to the studied phenomena;
6.
Model – mentally presented system displaying an object of research.
As
explications of educational model are educational practice, the software,
resources, etc., it is necessary for us to deduce definition «education model».
So, education model – the cogitative analogs created by means of sign systems,
schematically displaying educational practice as a whole or its separate
fragments. Models of education are subdivided into three
look:
à)
descriptive, providing guidance on tasks, structure, basic elements of
educational practice;
b)
functional, displaying education in system of its communications with the
social environment;
c)
pro-gnostic, giving theoretically reasoned picture of future condition of
educational practice. An example of pro-gnostic model – continuous education
[5].
As difficult education includes
model:
– structure of educational
model;
– maintenance of a course;
– course organization;
– form of the organization of
pupils;
– management of pupils;
– tests and checks;
– assessment of process of training.
Mechanisms
of an increment of new knowledge in ideal model of education are the porizm, an
ektrapolyatsiya, a recombination. The model has ability to transformation
taking into account the set properties that allows to design educational
systems and to obtain on "exit" data, implitsiruyushchy development
of new knowledge in a context of professional and scientific activity,
technological and administrative practice, educational and sociocultural
programs. Methodological regulyativy models of education the dissipatsiya acts.
Final
construct, necessary for model studying – a concept «distant education».
Distant education – education which is in whole or in part carried out by means
of computers and telecommunication technologies and means in training system.
Thus training system is the hardware and program complex intended for training
of users which main objective consists in effective transfer of knowledge
depending on degree of readiness of users and their ability to acquire received
information.
The
model of distant education represents the open social system having
-
the set functional orientation (various categories of citizens can be carried
to trainees: people with limited possibilities, disabled people, school students);
-
technologies: Internet, multimedia, interactivity;
-
resource base (teachers, scientists from various higher education institutions
and the cities);
-
monitoring system (recurrence);
-
license programs (information campus);
- educational portal.
Transition of education to new cultural measurement is
prepared by development of modern pedagogical thinking. In aspect of a
considered problem it is possible to allocate three most significant directions
in pedagogics:
- understanding of education as kulturosoobrazny
environment;
- transition from znaniyevy to a personal developing
paradigm;
- differentiation of empirical and theoretical
thinking.
The first two directions of development of modern
pedagogical thinking change idea of purpose of education in the XXI century:
traditional understanding of education as mastering by pupils by knowledge,
abilities, skills and their preparations for life also are forced out by
broader view on education as formation of the Citizen.
Summarizing
told, we will note that the main advantages of remote education are its
continuity, availability, mobility. A natural consequence of remote education
is formation of interest, intelligence and a disposition of the subject of
education and personality socialization.
