Features of e-texts broadcasting, in particular Internet-forums

Development of modern means and modes of communication at the turn of the XX and XXI centuries has caused the emergence of new text objects, which are subject to linguistic research. This applies, above all, e-texts of various types, which are functioning on the Internet. These issues were thoroughly studied by R. Cailliau, M. Gray, T. Berners-Lee, J. Kleinberg, S. Brin, L. Page, B. Mobasher, Nielsen J. S. Krug, L. Rozenfeld, and others. Russian scientists I. Segalovich A. Akopov, D. Smirnov and others dedicated their scientific works to the problems of searching and structuring of information in WWW.[1, 54]. Methods and means of positioning of web-sites in the World Wide Web system were investigated by the Ukrainian scientist Andriy Peleschyshyn. A number of scientific works appear increasingly, which  analyse the Internet discourse (N.G.Asmus, N.V.Kolomiets, N.G.Lukashenko, V.Ì.Sheveliov, V.Î.Cherednychenko) and electronic hypertexts (E. Breido, U.Hartung, T.M.Dobson, T.Koltay, D.S.Miall, J.Tremblay), with the help of which storage and transmission of information in modern mass media, particularly the World network of Internet, is provided.[2, 4].

Materials of scientific conferences “Language @ media” (2006), “WWW in the network of metaphors. Internet page as a subject of scientific research” (2006), “Text in the network” (2008), “Dialogue - conflict” (2008) and others suggest that the study of virtual communication, namely the language of forums, chats, comments, blocks, is of great scientific perspective, since the popularity of the Internet as the media is growing rapidly and the number of its users worldwide has reached one billion. In Ukraine, more than 20 percent of people prefer communication, self-education and news from Uanet (about 3 thousand websites), and this process has a positive dynamics. WWW is overloaded with information, "more than 10 billion pages for 1.1 billion people" [3].

Blogosphere and Internet forums belong to the most common forms of virtual communication. Speaking about online forums, we mean a kind of online discourse which is thematically organized, open to all participants for the purpose of receiving or giving advice, sharing experience in a specific problem and aimed at encouraging the recipient to implement certain ( not only verbal ) action. As the part of these resources free exchanging their thoughts and comparing different views become possible , which creates an active community of the virtual world.

The messages of Internet forums are small completed texts, connected wiht certain semantic constraints that are implemented through a system of hyperlinks. The basic characteristics of the text messages of Internet forums is incompleteness, openness, non-linearity, want of authorship, removal of contrast between the sender and the addressee, objectivity, heterogeneity (A.M.Baranov). Incompleteness, openness means that the sender or other communicants can “ finish ” texts of Internet forums. Non-linearity is expressed in the inability to predict the logic of a sender concerning sequence of presentation and in the absence of what is called “the beginning” and “end” in the Internet forum.  Since ommunicants are anonymous, there is not exact authorship. There is a removal of contrasting between a sender and addressee due to the fact that they not only free to choose the sequence of messages and hyperlinks of Internet-forums and respond to them. Texts of Internet discourse are also characterized by objectivity, it means that there is a possibility of presenting not only the opinion of communicants, , but also comment on them. Heterogeneity allows to combine different types of information in the Internet discourse - texts, images, moving pictures.

When choosing stylistic means of communications on Internet forums some tendencies have been revealed which coulg be observed oin the graphic, lexical, morphological, syntactic levels of the texts. These tendencies highlight the three main - emotional intensity, increased expressivity of messages and maximum compression of information with the aim of saving speech efforts. The last is the leading one, as a result of the specific structural organization of text messages of Internet-forums and saving time spent on the network. Interaction of the tendencies mentioned above provides the language of Internet forums with the features of oral speech.

Problematic issues still remain. These are the culture of speech, , macaronic style of statements, especially in web comments, web forums, chat rooms, online conferences. Not always take into account the rules of grammar and spelling. Attempting to visualize emotions, communicants resort to excessive use of abbreviations, accumulation of punctuation, spelling words in capital letters.

Research of of modern means and modes of communication on Internet forums, detailed linguistic analysis and description of structural and functional features of texts of these forms, as well as the study of the possible reverse influence of electronic texts on printed ones are promising and interesting areas of research.
