Forming the innovation personality
of a student
The problem of Russia economy transition from a
natural resources base to an innovation way for the development, the
realization of an innovation breakthrough into the high technology world’s
community causes the shift of professional and qualification demands toward a
specialist to the competence of one's approach. In such conditions a person becomes the decisive
factor of the manufacturing development. And a recent study found that, at
least in their playtime, kids are becoming more imaginative. The enterprises
interest that in theirs staff more room are occupied by the specialists with
analytic abilities, the ones leaning to a search of the new in their activities
sphere. Employees recruiting policy is directed to training such the employees
who do possess the creative abilities and to filling up with them all the
divisions of an enterprise. The educational establishments and enterprises of
all Russia regions are equally interested in the development of labour
resources necessary for the country. They understand that a person acting in a
social technical system is not alienated of his labour, that he is an
initiative, professionally competent, self-sufficient one in
decision-making,oriented himself in the works of all a manufacture. The demands
for constant accumulation of knowledge and skills are submitted toward an
employee. The data of nominal educational level does not appear as a sufficient
criterion. Motivation for learning is characterized by the level of motives
formation and determines a person’s behavour in the sphere of the investments
into education and influences at the success for a process of knowledge and
skills forming. The measures for the development of personal potential of an
employee and increasing his ability to make a contribution into the activities
of an organization is the system of interrelated activities, such as: planning
staff needs of employees own the necessary qualifications, managing their
professional growth, setup of their training, etc. The majority of persons owns
a significant resource for professional growth but it’s important to use such a
resource.
Has modern society really
extinguished the creative spark among our youth? But the situation is not
hopeless. In fact, there's
evidence to suggest that, worldwide, youngsters are very creative, particularly
with their use of digital media. To be successful in a technology career
requires not only proficiency in technical skills, but also the ability to
creatively push technology in new directions. Recent research shows that
creative ability may be a larger factor in success than skill level . Young
people need a place to go where they
can not only learn basic computer skills, but also be inspired by creative
opportunities. The skills required for pushing technological boundaries take a
long time to acquire: logic, mathematics, programming, and general knowledge of
how computers operate.
And the education would to teach a high school graduate to be an
adaptive person to the changing economic, social and industrial environment. In
the forming a creative personality during teaching in high school one of the
educational process's components should be the projecting work. The work at the
project is an setup of the academical lessons allowing to relate the learning
with the development of person’s self-sufficiency, initiative, ability to
manage his activities to solve the posed problem. Afore in high school a future
specialist working at the project enjoys with choice of good solutions, options
and understands that no one, for example, a technical problem can be successfully
resolved without the full use of the scientific and technological progress
achievements. An integral part of the modern projecting is the use of automated
design systems, because the turbulent development of the modern industry, based
on the introduction of high technologies, increases the demands for present
high engineering schools graduates. The everywhere automation of manufacturing
and all stages of design and technical documentation preparation leads to a
substantial complication of the educational process structure. Simple planning begins early in life and becomes more effective with
age. Primary school aged children are more able than preschoolers to plan what
they will do before they act. Skills for planning and problem solving continue
to develop as children are taught at school to think through and solve
problems.
At Saratov Yuri Gagarin State Technical University
school technopark is established. There schoolchildren hold classes on
engineering design that preparing
children
for training at Technical University. The following technological courts
operate:
- Basic microscopy.
- Aeromodelling.
- Industrial Ecology.
- Mechatronics and Robotics.
- Mathematical modeling in geology and geophysics.
- Nanotechnology and nanomaterials.
- Mathematical modeling.
- Technical Physics.
- Technology of project activity.
- Energetika & Elektrotechnika.
- Manufacturing of Saratov harmonics.
- School of Young Ñybernetic.
- Manufacturing models of machines, ets.
