TECHNOLOGIES LEARNING IN HIGH SCHOOL

Technology of training - a systemic approach of creation, application and definitions of the whole process of teaching and learning based on the technical and human resources.In technology of training, content, methods and means of teaching are interrelate and interdependence.

Traditional technology of training uses:

1.Explanatory-illustrative method of teaching - teacher explains and illustrates the teaching material

2. Reproductive method - teacher creates tasks for students to reproduce their knowledge.

The essence of traditional education is reduced to the process of transferring ready knowledge to students, without reliance on independent work on the acquisition of knowledge, as a result students unlearn think. Traditional teaching suggests average overall pace of learning the material, the prevalence of verbal methods of presentation, use of traditional five-point evaluation system, the analysis of the quality of education on the basis of examinations and tests.

Innovative education includes:

-use of the newest information technologies,

-fundamentality,

-personal approach,

-synthesis of technical and humanitarian culture.

University lecturer - the main subject of innovation in higher education. He should be able designing the learning process. Be able to combine different approaches and learning technologies.

Information technology in recent years have replaced the term "Computer technology". Information technology - is all technology, which use special technical information equipment (PCs, audio, video, etc.). Currently, the Internet allows the use of  hyper-textual information in the means of multimedia. Application of hypertext technology in education has led to the creation of a new class of programs for educational purposes: electronic books and electronic encyclopedias.Multimedia - tools that are interactive by their nature, meaning the viewer and listener of media-products do not remain passive, educational information can be supplied to the written text and speech, with movies or music. There are great possibilities in telecommunication technologies. In the teleconference, students have the opportunity to discuss the problems with almost all of the world. Creates a unified educational space. Expanded use of distance learning. People at any one period of his life has the opportunity to improvetheir qualifications. People at any one period of his life has the opportunity to improve their qualifications, receive a new trade.

Modular training differs from other technologies that learning content is presented in complete self-complexes, and the student reaches their own specific goals in the process of teaching with the module. This form of unaided training.

In modular training all pre-programmed: the sequence of study course, the list of basic skills, the level of achievement and quality control of assimilation.

Modular training is inextricably linked to the rating control system, which forms the skills of self-control,  develops self-concept students' in own activities. The student has the opportunity to follow their place in the ranking list and gradually accumulate points to raise your ranking. Student self- builds strategy for their activities because the list of activities and their weight of points known in advance. When rating system control procedure detailed evaluation ensures its reliability.

Programmed instruction originated in the intersection of pedagogy, psychology, cybernetics, and based on the following principles:

·       principle of small steps

·       principle of individualization pace of learning

·       principle of gradual growth of difficulty

·       principle of differentiated reinforcement of knowledge

During programmed training course, material is broken down into small volume, logically complete training dose, after mastering each student is responsible for the control tests. If the correct answer is given, it should be next dose of training. Wrong answer implies the necessity to repeat the training material and a new attempt to answer. Developed a training program can be implemented by computer.

Problem-based learning - learning is solving non-standard problems, in which acquires new knowledge and skills. Elements of problem-based learning have been present in the conversations of the Greek philosopher Socrates.

The essence of the problem interpretation of educational material that the teacher does not report knowledge as a finished product, but gives students problem tasks, prompting the search for ways and means to address them. Problematic approach in shaping the professional thinking of students includes:

- to see the issue as a whole and to formulate its own ;

- the ability to hypothesize and find a way to test it ;

-collect data, analyze and process using computers;

-draw a conclusion and see the possibility of practical application of the results.

Important in problem-based learning - is the process of finding and choosing the best solution.

Technology student-centered educational process involves the construction of special educational text, references, guidelines, forms of control in the acquisition of knowledge.

Basic requirements to ensure the development of learner-centered evolving process: the nature of the providing of educational material should provide reveal the content of the student learning experiences; actively encouraging student self-evaluation of educational activities should provide him the opportunity to self-education and self-development; the student should be able to choose tasks and ways of performing tasks;  provide not only control of knowledge, but also control of the learning process.

Case method is a method of stirring up the students and has emerged as the analysis with the students specific situation. During analyzing and summarizing the situation, students participate in the evaluation of alternative opinions, learn to develop their own position. As a result, the students formed a critical attitude towards the information used and considered the problem in general. Case method allows improve analytical thinking, fosters students' oral language, helps to acquire expertise in the analysis of real situations. This method provides the possibility of applying the theory, teaches the use of evidence provides interdisciplinary communication. Efficiency of the use of this method requires significant preparation of teacher and students. Function of the teacher is to ensure, to formulate questions for discussion, encourage interaction, help to comment on the discussion, and finally help to draw conclusions.

Project-based learning focused on student self-employment: individual, pair, group, which students perform for a certain period of time.

Professional activity subject of action recognized them as the solution of professional problems.

Performance of the research work with access to student scientific conferences, individual tasks to practice graduation work done on the proposal of the enterprise - this is the beginning of practice and specialist encompasses huge educative action. Discussion at the departments of research works of students, student scientific mugs, scientific student conferences, preparation of abstracts - all contribute to an inexhaustible interest in science. One of the most important tasks is to bring to scientific research as many students, not just the most talented.
