Correlation
between the exterior and the speed horses Kostanay breed
That horse was due to many qualities of the
animal, each of which has a complex inheritance. It's qualities like
playfulness, endurance, correct conformation, the fortress of the constitution,
especially the nervous system, leading to victory in races at various
distances.
Most of the research on the correlation dependencies between
characteristics have not yet yielded significant practical results, although,
due to the existence of reciprocal relationships between signs and forms were
created breeds of horses of various specializations: draught horses, trotting
and horse (E.M.Pern, T.N.Ryabova, 1974).
The horses of thoroughbred riding and budenovsk breed is a small the relationship between playfulness and
absolute measurements. The total interoperability of measurements, from 6
months to 3 years, to characterize the level of growth and development of young
animals can have a significant effect on the expression of vivacity.
Coefficients of multiple determination of vivacity on the measurements
made on the budenovsk breed-0.39, thoroughbred-0.26.
Based on the relationship between the measurements and speed, you can
predict the health of horses based on the growth and development of young (Ð.À. Õàëèëîâ, 1978).
Study of dependences between signs are essential when analyzing breeding
research and planning the breeding.
As a result of the research, we have identified the correlation
coefficients between the measurements and the health of the horses, in order to
identify the strength and extent of data dependencies.
The correlation coefficients were generally positive.
Between measurements, on the one hand, and health and productivity, on
the other hand, in most of the comparisons revealed a high positive
correlation. Positivity this connection suggests that on average, if you
increase the values of measurements, increases efficiency. This is most likely
due to an increase in the capture of a gallop with longer limbs. It should be
stressed that the large girth, width and depth of the breast (hence the volume)
suggest a more developed lungs and heart that certainly increases the odds of a
horse for the money.
Between measurements and playfulness there is a negative relationship
medium strength. The negativity is that with the increase of measurements
improves the agility of the horse, that is, reduced the amount of time for
which the horse is a distance of 200 meters.
Consider a table for each of the indicators of efficiency:
- The impact of more influence (in descending order): the depth of the
chest, r = 0.54; oblique body length, r = 0.52; height at the Withers, r =
0.47; Cannon bone girth, r = 0.37; width of chest, r = 0.35.
- For proper operation (point estimate) affect more height at the elbow,
r = 0.38; height at the Withers, r = 0.36; oblique body length, r = 0.34;
Cannon bone girth, r = 0.33; width of chest, r = 0.33.
- Measurements did not have an impact on remoteness. The correlation
value weak force observed only for the width of the Croup r = 0.296.
-On playfulness (200 m) affect the depth of the chest: r = -0.52; Cannon
bone girth, r r = -0.49; oblique body length, r = -0.38; height at the Withers,
r = -0.37.
Study
of correlation between breeding signs play a significant role in the improvement
of breeds of horses. It is known that any sign of improvement changes the other
due to the correlation between signs. Measurements and playfulness are one of
the main indicators characterizing the health and development of riding horses.
Therefore,
we studied the correlation between playfulness and measurements in young
horses.
Table 1
shows the correlation of measurements with speed on the short (1000 m) and long
distance (6000 m).

Correlation
of measurements of horses 2 years with their speed indicators at a distance of
1000 m has been substantial. Especially the close and positive relationship was
the depth of the chest with the playfulness (0.613), as well as the bust girth
(0.284), length of crup (0.360), wide
Croup (0.563), i.e. with those rates, which directly affect the playfulness
that is at a distance of 1000 m, and, therefore, should continue to pay special
attention to the selection of the breed.

No
significant relationship was oblique body length and body weight with speed
performance horses: 0.005; 0.036, respectively. We explain it by the fact that
this small measure determine the quality of Sprint speed. Negative correlation
established between playfulness and a height at the Withers, with a height of
leg at the elbow, the width of the chest respectively: -0.440; -.0125;
-0.320.
Correlation
of the incomparable 6000 m with measurements of horses turned out to be
different from the measurements with speed at 1000 m Positive correlation is
established between the speed at 6000 m and the height at the Withers (0.32),
with a height of leg at the elbow (0.53), as well as less significant to the
live weight (0.12). Do not link with the bust girth ( -0.044), length of Crups
(0.0025). Negative relationship is established between the speed at 6000 m and
a length of body ( -0.29), breast ( -0.53) wide, deep chest ( -0.31).
The
correlations between indicators and measurements of speed horses aged 2 years
old should be used to improve the selection and assessment of the horses in the
sport horse breeding.
