To the national economy is based on a
sound energy base, to certain strategic challenges as increasing oil production
and rational utilization of associated gas.
In Tashkent hosted the regional Conference of the Europe and Central
Asia, «The experience of Uzbekistan
associated gas utilization and implementation of clean development mechanism
projects in the oil and gas industry». The Conference discussed topical issues and
possible ways to reduce burning and gas emissions into the atmosphere.[1]
It
is estimated that every year about unnecessarily wasted or burned 140 billion
cubic meters of natural gas.
Since
1993, the company «Uzbekneftegaz» actively works on the use of burning gases.
Using the plan on the use of associated gas, «Uzbekneftegaz» identifies the
existing sources of combustion gas and determines the most appropriate
technical and financial solutions for utilization of associated gas from these
sources. The program is designed to assist in attracting new investment in
three States-Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, which are relevant to the
issue of reducing the emission of greenhouse gases by means of their
participation in the Kyoto Protocol.
Associated petroleum gas (APG), the burning of which causes irreversible
damage to the environment can be a source of additional energy resources in our
country.
APG is a valuable acquisition to the hydrocarbon component of that rises
from the extracted, transported and processed hydrocarbons containing minerals
at all stages of the investment cycle of life until the finished products to
the final consumer. Thus, the characteristic of the origin of the associated
gas is that it is allocated to any of the stages from exploration and
production to the final realization of the oil, gas, (other sources omitted)
and in the course of their processing of any incomplete product status to any
of the many final products.
Get APG by separation of the multi-stage oil separators. Pressure on the
steps of the separation is very different and is 16-30 bar first stage and up
to 1.5-4.0 bar at last. Pressure and temperature of the mixture separation
technology of associated water-oil-gas flowing from the well. Specific feature
of APG is normally negligible consumption of gas, from 100 up to 5000 nm
³/h. Hydrocarbon H3 + can range from 100 up to 600 g/m³. The
composition and number of APG is not a constant. There are both seasonal and
one-off fluctuations (normal values up to 15 per cent).
Experience times of development
of hydrocarbon deposits shows that from the point of view of the effects of the
development of the times, environmental factors are most complex oil months
¬ with small thickness oil field
Shakarbulak as edgings. [1]
In order to meet the needs of the national economy of natural gas, as
well as improve the development of Shakarbulak was carried out based on the
initial system development in the joint operation by means of perforations in
oil rim and condensate wells of deposits. Transition to joint operations of oil
and condensate parts field has dramatically increased the pace of the selection
of oil from 85.9 thousand t (2008 ) to 164.6 thousand t (2009 ). There is a
natural increase in the wells for oil and gas growth factor respectively.
As a result of the joint selection of oil and gas has been a natural
process of increasing associated gas produced along with oil due to the inflow
of gas-condensate deposits part of well. The need to meet this challenge is a
joint oil and gas extraction. Increase the gas factor has increased wellhead
pressure in wells. If wells №. 1, 17, 20, 31, operating virtually only the
oilsaturation portion of the formation, the wellhead pressure in gas form from
350 m3/t to 1305 was 1.5-6.0 MPa, the wells №. 3, 4, 21, 23, 30 in
gas form 5750-6269 m3/t wellhead pressure has risen 15.8 -21.6 MPa.
Increased pressure in the wellhead wells allowed professionals
«Gissarneftgaz» JE oil preparation «Shakarbulak »mounted and put into operation
in February 2009, the block separators for separation and gas under its own
pressure. (up to 10 Mpa) at HE
«Shurtan». To the block separators were connected bore hole Nos. 3, 4, 21, 23
.30 having high pressure wellhead. This allowed the 2009y. «Gissarneftgaz» JE
of associated petroleum gas produced at the field Shakarbulak in the volume of
422.3 million m3, recycle 367.0 million m3, i.e. more
86.9%.[3]
Thus, it can be concluded that
the change of the system implemented originally oil-field Shakarbulak led not
only to a change of technological indicators, and to the need to address
existing environmental problems in a more compressed.
