Nowadays,the sector of service is developed intensively,and formed their new types of services.Between them,trade-mediation,informative advice,tourist,bank ,transmission courier services ENS – Kazpost.Kaspoost provides wide range of the following postal services including:

The economy of every country depends on postal services,small business,a hotel business,bunk orders.So,to make Enterprise politics  and strategy in service sector.

The marketing plays the main role in making Enterprise  politics and strategy in service sector.

The aim of the marketing  do raise a position of  advantageous ways of recycling  postal services  in Kazakhstan.Because,marketing is the one of the available technology which  will developed  qualities of postal services and postal corporation.For rating usage of marketing service in post-offices,we analyzed whole actions and services of Kazpost in Aktobe.

All reasons and local villages are using following postal services:They are:postal letters,messages,parels and deliver and receive packages parcels,courier services.Financial services,(receive deposit,work with private and legal persons,cashing operations,transfer  operations,to deliver and collect  banknotes and values.To pay pensions and salares,relifs,communal payments,collect taxes,to deliver  messages,to make contract  with other insurance  companies.

According the rates of equipments migrate services of Kazpost is great.According to the analysis of Payment terms to receive communal payment is lower  man other companies.Nowadays,a lot of banks of KZ are using Call-Centres,Internet Bank, using the equipments.

Today,Kazpost services is leadership than other banks.Especially,it is conveniently to pensioners.However,we must considerate developing of informational  system.So,it is important how to make a qualitative cash point branches.

Our society among the regions,produced money transfers in traditional way and International financial system are realising international electronical exchanges for realizing international  postal transfers,Kazpost is engaged with 17 countries.They are:Russian Federation,Moldovia,Ukraine,Canada,Uzbekstan,Kirgistan,Estonia,Turkmenstan,Armenia.

‘’Express post’’ can make money transfers through  the EURO and the USA dollars,without bank accountant.The operation can lasts 10 minutes.The payment for service will be 2%.These postal  services are more comfortable for clients.From the analyse of marketing the assortiments of the Kazpost  services are being widely.

Nowadays,delegates of International organizations are the main competitors of Kazpost DH.For the  rules the category of express –post includes quick documents,technical equipments.

The users of express-post are Kazakhstan enterprisers,international compaies,state management,medical organizations,international organizations.

In our opinion,we have to do works:

-To send a post office at low rates,without having to call a courier,the customer have to himself should come and take advantage of the service;

-After the adoption of the order courier himself fill this blank;

-Check the informational status and the departure of service,check the timetable of planes;

Giving information about the administration  of goods.
