Interaction of preschool organizations and families when solving the
issue of children of kindergarten conditions
Kindergarten
is the first social institution, the first educational organization, which come
into contact parents where their teacher education begins. Creating educational
space in the preschool organizations with the involvement of family as an
environment of preschool child's personality is one of the promising directions
of development of preschool education. Social determinants influencing the
formation of the person, is the family. The main condition for the development
of cooperation with the family is communion in "teacher-child-parent"
system. The involvement of parents in the lives of their children helps them to
distinguish the world of children from the adult world; treat him as an equal,
show a sincere interest in the actions of the child and to be prepared for
emotional support. Preschool educational organizations have considerable
experience of cooperation with various social institutions in order to improve
the moral, labor, intellectual, physical, artistic and aesthetic development of
children. The teachers of kindergartens, constantly improve the content and
forms of work with children in an effort to achieve an organic combination of
educational influences on child in pre-school organizations, to ensure the full
development of the individual. On the human development is influenced by many
different factors, both biological and social. The main social factor in the
formation of the person, a family, traditional family is the main institute of
education. A person gets all that in the family, he retains throughout later
life. The importance of family due to
the fact that it is a man for much of his life, in the family foundations of
personality. The family is a living, constantly changing system, not only under
the influence of social and economic conditions, but also because of the
internal processes of development, family influence phenomena such as
migration, urbanization, industrialization, etc. Family is not homogeneous and
differentiated social group, which presents different age, sex, and sometimes
professional "subsystem", it allows children to show actively their
emotional and intellectual capabilities to implement them faster [1].
In
the modern system of preschool education both supportive interaction of
teachers with parents takes place, which provides a solution to the tactical,
the next child rearing tasks in the updated society and constructive
cooperation that reduces the level of neuroticism child in terms of public
education, to provide the necessary in-depth communication between kindergarten
and family. From the specialists of preschool educational organizations
requires knowledge of psychological and pedagogical technologies.
The
family is the most important factor of socialization, not only for children but
also for adults. Physical, emotional and social development of a person
throughout life depends mostly on family. Physical development is associated
with a well-established and family life character affects the emotional development.
Atmosphere and relations in the family, as far as it is the "ecological
niche" for its members. In the process of social development family plays
an important role due to the fact that its approval, support, indifference or
condemnation of the impact on the social pretensions of man, help him or hinder
search for yields in difficult situations, to adapt to the changing
circumstances of life and new social conditions. Family prepares the child for
future independent life in society, gives him spiritual values, moral norms,
patterns of behavior, traditions and culture of their society. The behavior of
a child depends on the education in the family, preschool children see
themselves through the eyes of adults: positive or negative attitude towards it
from the adult forms his self-esteem action. In every family there are certain
objective, not always conscious education system. Pedagogical staff of the
kindergarten is very difficult to strengthen parents, the most likely reason is
that teachers are often not used or used insufficiently positive experience of
family education is not always carried out timely preparation of parents to
parent meetings. Advice, conversations, etc. [2, 3]. Teaching staff must
understand the need for continuous assessment of the quality of interaction of
preschool educational institution with the family. Forms of work can be very
diverse, they depend on the capacity of the kindergarten, the creative
potential of the team. The study of the relationship of teachers to the issue
of cooperation with the family is possible using the test, questionnaire,
survey. Analysis of the results will help to draw conclusions relevant to
future work of the kindergarten. Children enriches the personality of an adult,
they enhances the social experience. In the life of every human being parents
play an important and responsible role, they give the child new patterns of
behavior, with their help, he learns the world, he imitates them in all their
actions. This trend is further enhanced by a positive emotional connection with
the child's parents, teachers, and his desire to be like her mother and father
as well as his favorite teacher. When parents are aware of this law and
understand that from them depends largely on the formation of the personality of
the child, they behave in a way that all their actions and behavior in general,
contribute to the formation of the child of those qualities, and this
understanding of human values that they want to pass
on. All stages of development require the adaptation of man to the new social
conditions, helping the individual to be enriched by new experience, to become
more socially mature [4, 5].
Thus,
kindergarten and family interactions in a single educational space are the most
important area of work in the activity of preschool educational institution as
a whole.
