Special aspects of relation of the results of technical college students putting standards of physical fitness and state standards for university students.

Relevance of the research. In recent years the problem of public health has escalated in Russia.According to experts [1], the level of overall physical condition of today's youth is contrary to the standards of the state program. In the system of physical training the level of overall physical condition of students revealed by putting students educational standards and monitoring of overall physical condition. This situation increases the urgency of the work to implement the monitoring studies of the overall physical condition of young people in order to increase the effectiveness of physical training [2].

Monitoring of physical growth of children, adolescents, young people is a complex information and analytical process, involving monitoring of the condition of physical health of each individual and social group issuing results of the evaluation and prediction of physical health in the future, both for the person and for a group of people combined a territorial basis or the business occupation– the process of the observation of the object, the analysis of his health condition, of current events, warning of negative consequences.

Physical training is one of the most important components of human health. Scientists have observed it for a long time. Among the main physical indicators of monitoring stand out speed, endurance, strength, flexibility and agility.

The goal of the research is upgrading of management of physical training based on the results of monitoring studies of the physical health of students of 1-4 courses of the Popov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Research Irkutsk State Technical University in the period from 2010 to 2014 years and state tests and standards for evaluation of physical training of students of universities.

Materials and methods. The results of monitoring observations of 70 students in 2010-2014 years were analyzed. The monitoring based on such physical parameters as agility, speed, endurance, strength, dynamic strength of muscles and flexibility. Also, state tests and standards for evaluation of physical training of bachelors-students of Russian technical universities were analyzed.

Key findings. The results of the level of overall physical conditionand state standards of assessment of students of the Popov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Research Irkutsk State Technical University are presented in Diagrams 1-7.

As seen in Diagram 1, the test (shuttle run 9*4) has an average value for 4 academic years less than the standards established by the state. It has equaled 11,8 ± 0,1 s. Established by the state standards are: 8.8 s. for the "excellent", 9.2 s. for the "good" and 9.7 s. to grade "satisfactory".

Diagram 1.Shuttle run

The force index (hang / pull up) for four years, on average, has a rating of "good" and is 10,1 ± 0,5 times. As seen in Diagram 2, for the grade "excellent" you must exercise hang / pull up 13 times, to assess the grade "good" - 10 times, and for the grade "satisfactory" - 9 times.

Diagram 2.Hang/pull-up

The flexibility index (bending body / flexibility) for four years on average, has a grade "good" and equal to 8.3 ± 1 cm. As seen in Diagram 3, for the grade "excellent" you must exercise bending body / flexibility and reach the rate 13 cm.; for grade "good." - 7 cm, and for grade "satisfactory" - 6 cm.

Diagram3.Bendingbody/flexibility

As seen in Diagram 4, the average of the students in the run 100m is 14,1 ± 0,1 sec., which corresponds to grade "4", the value for which the state established in 14.8 seconds, to grade "5" - 13.5 c, and "3" - 15,1s.

Diagram4.Run 100 m

The indicator of the dynamic forces of the muscles of the lower limbs (standing jump) has a value of 234,0 ± 2,0 cm, which corresponds to the grade "good" for which you have to jump on 230.0 cm. As shown in Diagram 5 for grade "excellent" the value is 240.0 cm, and for grade "satisfactory" – 215,0 cm.

Diagram5.Standingjump

The force index (sit up) has an average value of 29.6 ± 0.5 times. As seen in Diagram 6, the result surpassed the average standard for the grade "5" (28 times). Students must performexercise 25 timesfor grade "4", and for the "3" - 23 times.

Diagram 6.Situp

The average value of students in four academic years of endurance index (run 1000m) is 4 ± 0,1 min., it corresponds to the grade "3", which is standard for the 4.2 min. The value for grade "5" is 3.3 m, and for grade "4" - 3.5 min.

Conclusion. The analysis of the Popov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Research Irkutsk State Technical Universitystudent’s results of the academic standards tests of physical fitness such as "shuttle run", "hang / pull up", "bending body / flexibility", "run 100 m.", "standing jump", "sit up", "run 1000 m."identified the followingregularities.

The first regularity is the results of putting state standards generally do not achieve an "excellent" grade. So the grade "excellent" students received only for exercise "sit up". The second regularity is the low percentage of students who passed on the grades "5" and "4" are one of the factors of not effective passing state standards and tests.
