Information technology used at vocational training of the future experts in HIGH SCHOOLS and their future of development.

 For today at self-descriptiveness of societies, a main objective by preparation of experts is to generate a way for excellent formation by the maximum use of information-computer technologies means, maintenance of the person with necessary knowledge in area self-descriptiveness formation.

Information technology as it is specified in work carried out by interaction of information process and it is necessary to consider the following kind in their organization that is they will be organized in the automated kind as uniform system. So, the information system – is considered as system, that is as object of performance. At the same time it can be means of creation and designing of new systems. Then it will be possible to see the higher using level of the information.

According to I.Robert, new information technology – the program equipment used as computer facilities, and also as means for distribution, processing, storages, accumulation of the information and system of an exchange of information.

«The information technology» concept which has many values and aspects and to distinguish this concept from others, it is necessary to generate by strengthening of some aspects. So, it is possible to name following classes of information technology:

- The extensive information technology provides models, methods and means of formation and use of information funds in a society;

- The base information technology is directed on one certain area of use (the industry, scientific researches, designing, training);

- Exact information technology, provides processing the information in certain calculations of the user.

New information technology we name: gathering of models, methods and equipment processing information of direct intellectual introduction of the person in the computing environment for formation of new knowledge.

Many experts mark importance various equipments of designing widely used in equipment of professional direction. Namely language UML (Unified Modeling Language) have created firm Rational Software and their partners creating information systems at corporate level (Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and etc.) UML-Booch’, OOSE/Jacobson OMT, generation of languages of visual modeling of program architecture. A number of the large companies use as an example language UML at creation of large, program systems. Language UML is used for conducting business modeling, management of problems, the analysis and designing of architecture of system and for programming and testing.

The attention of many experts to today is aimed at questions of creation of information systems. Use of methods of open systems offers creation of convenient systems capable to resist to external influences. Modern information systems are difficult integration system consisting of blogs on an exchange of information of cooperating internal systems having different directions: internal systems on management of knowledge, internal systems under the analysis and decision-making (DSS-decision support system), internal systems on planning of resources (EPS-enterprise resource planning).

Let's pay attention to following questions causing interest to means of information technology and their use in training process:

1. Rational use of possibilities of information technology as the training grant;

2. Introduction as subject in HIGH SCHOOL ah and in establishments of secondary education in the course of fast development of means of information technology.

3. According to the big possibilities of information technology preparation of the future experts capable to use them in the course of training.

4. Preparation of experts capable to train information technology as a subject for fast adaptation in innovative process.

Training to means of information technology of students, as a result of practical activities in certain sphere gives the chance to them to organize to be engaged in creative activity. By means of the offered technology experts start to investigate and solve questions actual in a society. Information technology is the means satisfying requirements for the decision of problems established before the person. This considered possibility answers the purpose to get education in one scientific area by means of technical and software information gathering, the organization, the offer and the analysis. At designing of knowledge and responsibility to it at students the motivation to study increases. Only by means of the analysis and summation educational process can be useful to receiving knowledge. In the course of training it is necessary for information technology for gathering of the information, the organization, storage, the decision of problems, decision-making, an exchange of experience, the offer of the ideas. For integration summarizing it is possible to use fund of information, spreadsheets and graphic editors. E-mail gives the chance for an exchange of experience, to receive the additional information. In the course of creative activity trained there is a probability to receive the results contradicting the first forecast, it influences operations of the higher thinking: classification, synthesis, the analysis of the forecast and for development.

Means of information technology give the chance to reach the planned purposes not by means of standard lessons, and by means of system of accessible means.

- "Portfolio" of the executed works (electronic portfolios) – control of development of the trainee, gives the chance for creation of the collection of the previous works and the analysis of results of each work;

- Student's conferences, presentations - helps not only to check up to the teacher of knowledge in certain area, but also to sum up ideas, to estimate oratorical abilities and participation in debate.

- Published magazines give to teachers and pupil’s possibility to exchange opinions on educational process. Considered estimated materials of results of training correspond to requirements of 21 centuries. The primary goal of such methods of estimation: to create possibilities of development of a self-appraisal and self-checking. Using computers, video cameras, an interactive board and the special software students can reconsider the results of work and then make of them definition. To carry out this possibility various tools of information technology are used: a drawing, the sound, video for creation of training courses and practical lessons are used hypertext and multimedia technologies. (Hyper Card, Tool Book, Hyper Studio (Macintosh, Tutor Tesh (Apple)).

In a number of works, information technology it is considered as the tool providing various forms and methods of training. To consider perception of specificity of personal features in the course of training to offered knowledge and skills influences growth of profitability of training. Information technology gives the chance to transformation of forms and training methods, their adaptation to personal features of the trainee.

Multimedia and hypertext tools offer various possibilities to distribute training. To study one material various routes are offered. In the course of training pupils at a certain lesson work in the various ways: using multimedia grants, they design a microcosm where a practical way can check up the offered forecast.

For today for creation of the formed designing and new model of transportation preconditions are created. Features of information technology give the chance for development of opinions of Z.Pezho, S.Peipert, L.Vygotsky about feedback existence in training, about inter subject communication providing activity in the course of training.

As one of such tools is offered use following WWW technologies: the big interactive possibilities, hypermedia adaptations (the hypertext and multimedia); gathering and an exchange of information by means of the Internet; introduction in servers, browsers.

In many works the future of use of telecommunication in the sphere of education in the XXI-st century is considered. Modern telecommunication systems – are following step of a problem of development of methods of an exchange of experience. This natural realization of social requirements of correct and fast granting of knowledge and experience. As well as the television, telecommunication systems will find the place in an education system. It is very important, to provide quality education to each person.

In many editions necessity of serious scientific research of use of telecommunications considering psychology-pedagogical aspects in the course of training is underlined, that is: «before us all their possibilities if we study in them psychological bases and motives» reveal.

Maintenance of an integrating high-quality program guarantee in educational institutions is required: creation of process of continuous training and self-training, «the open, educational, computer systems» to the pupil of any age, parents and employees.

The cases in point connected with rational use of information technology in the course of training, during fast development of information technology studying of their means, becomes actual as a training subject. Within the limits of firm Microsoft program project Internet Distance Education intended for training of students and teachers to the advanced programming is created. In servers additional information at courses Visual C ++, Visual I ++ are resulted;

Remote mode of study gives to students and pupils following possibilities: under the direction of professional programmers to improve practice of skills of programming and to master programs of remote training; to master a programming language; to have ability to work with modern technologies; educational process not only checks level of knowledge of pupils, but also is filled with control tasks giving the chance to generate concept about classes of exact calculation. It is possible to receive the additional help at experts of firm Microsoft in programming languages.

Training to means of information technology their use on other subjects, the analysis moved in many works concerning preparation of leading experts gives the chance to sum the following up:

1. The great attention is given to means of information technology and educational process; the big role of process of their training as means and quality increases is considered; preconditions from the objective party information technology defining the importance as means are described;

2. That fact is considered that possibilities of means of information technology now aren't as much as possible used, the alternative reasons and their occurrence are considered not.

3. Questions of training of good experts for teaching of means of information technology as subject in intensive development of information technology in HIGH SCHOOLS and average educational institutions are considered.

4. Variants under the decision of these problems (necessity of concrete scientific researches considering psychology-pedagogical aspects of use of means of information technology in educational process, the high-quality software integrating educational a course, that is creation of "open" computer educational systems convenient for everyone trained in study and self-training are offered; creation of training courses on means of information technology, according to changes in subject sphere).

Hence, in the objective-directed designing of the future teacher strong prevalence, in the course of consideration of the specific maintenance of separate means of information technology lead to concept formation modern ideology of programming, skills of planning of problems, paying attention to modern devices to creation of models of object or the phenomenon.
