Theoretical substantiation of necessity of
readiness of a social worker to work with children orphaned
The
transformation taking place in the public life of our country substantially
changes the objective conditions of socialization of the younger generation,
and in particular the process of socialization of children left without
parental care, children-orphans. This requires the scientific understanding
needed to take into account the realities of building a process of public
education.
In Kazakhstan there are
no special studies related to the preparation of social workers to work with
children orphaned. In a message to the President of the Republic of
Kazakhstan-leader of the nation, Nursultan Nazarbayev of
"Kazakhstan-2050" "strategy -the new policy of State" noted
that "In time of peace, we have thousands of orphans are our children's
homes and shelters were overcrowded. This, unfortunately, is a global trend and
challenge of globalization. But we must resist this trend. Raising children is
a huge investment in the future. We must approach this issue and strive to give
our children the best education".
Therefore,
fundamental research, associated with the formation of the readiness of future
social workers to work with children orphaned.
So you need to undertake a comprehensive study to clarify "the
notion of social worker's willingness to work with children orphaned";
identify pedagogical conditions in developing readiness for social workers to
work with children orphaned; develop a model and content preparation, forming
the fundamental and universal knowledge and skills that will enable future
professional social workers to work with children orphaned; establish criteria
and indicators of teacher effectiveness introduction in educational process of
technology readiness formation social worker to work with children orphaned;
identify pedagogical algorithm of forming a social worker's willingness to work
with children orphaned.
Project goal: theoretical basis and
methodical support of improving readiness formation of future social workers to
work with children orphaned through the application of innovative technologies.
According
to studies, the following tasks:
-The
study of the history of social work with children orphaned, as an integral part
of social work, analysis of modern social and economic factors and conditions
that exacerbate the problem of abandonment of children in Kazakhstan, a study
of the legal mechanisms for regulating social work with children orphaned, a
comparative analysis of international experience on social orphanhood, support
of prevention priorities of social orphanhood in modern Kazakhstan society.
-Determination
of social work with children of the socio-economic practices and transformation
of moral-ethical norms of society.
-Comprehensive
study of the training of future social workers and identify necessary formation
of future social workers willing to social work with children orphaned and
pedagogical prerequisites for scientific study indicated problems.
-Informative
analysis of psychological-pedagogical concepts of the "Readiness of future
social workers to social work with children orphaned", the formation of
the readiness of future social workers to social work with children orphaned,
as an integral part of the professional competence of professional social
workers.
-Provision
of pedagogical conditions of readiness of future social workers to social work
with children orphaned, conducive to the realization of a competent approach to
the training of social workers as professionals with a high level of
professionalism, able to develop innovative technologies in the social sphere,
to successfully adapt to the changing socio-economic conditions, be prepared to
act in the face of uncertainty.
-Identify
and uncover the specific nature and content of the technology readiness of
future social workers of the social work with children orphaned. to foster
competent approach for future social workers in matters of prevention, social
care, guardianship and patronage of children orphaned, and social
rehabilitation of children orphans.
-Justify
the concept and design a model of formation of readiness of future social
workers to social work with children orphaned, reflecting the modern
requirements to the content and level of preparation of competitive
specialists.
-Develop
a pedagogical system of readiness of future social workers to social work with
children orphaned and experimentally verified its effectiveness.
practical significance consists in the
development of evidence-based proposals aimed at improving the readiness of
future social workers to social work with children orphaned. project realization
will allow to form the conceptual bases of formation of the readiness of future
social workers to social work with children orphaned.
