and social activities of the company
In conditions of market relations
center of economic activity is moved to the main link of the whole economy - to
the enterprise. It is at this level generates a correct society products are
the necessary services. At the enterprise are concentrated the most qualified
personnel. Here, the issues of economical use of resources, use of efficient
equipment and technology. At the enterprise seeking to reduce to a minimum the
production costs and sales. Developed business plans, applied marketing,
effective management. All this requires a profound economic knowledge. In
conditions of market economy will survive only enterprise which most
competently and adequately identify requirements of the market, creates and organizes
the production of products that are in demand, will provide high-income, highly
skilled workers. The tasks can be fulfilled only with good mastering the basics
of business Economics.
Enterprise infrastructure is a
collection of shops, sites, farms and service enterprises, with subordinate
auxiliary in nature and provide the necessary conditions for the activities of
the enterprise as a whole. Distinguish between productive and social
infrastructure and capital construction, serving both areas. Production
infrastructure of the enterprise is a set of units, which directly with the
elaboration of products not related. Their basic purpose is maintenance of the
core production processes. These include auxiliary and servicing workshops and
farms engaged in the movement of labour, provision with raw materials, fuel,
energy, maintenance and repair of equipment and other means of work, storage of
material values, the sale of finished products, its transportation and other
processes designed to create normal conditions of production.
Social infrastructure is a set of
business units, ensuring the satisfaction of social and cultural needs of
employees and members of their families. Social infrastructure consists of
divisions catering (canteens, cafes, bars), health (hospitals, clinics, health
posts), kindergartens (gardens, nurseries), education institutions (schools,
technical schools, courses), housing and communal services (private houses),
consumer services establishments, organizations of recreation and culture
(libraries, clubs, resorts, summer camp for schoolchildren, sports complexes)
and more. Research in the field of social infrastructure have shown that neither
the public, social or human activities, social groups, communities, classes can
not develop or exist without certain conditions for their functioning. The
problem of social infrastructure, Ph.D. studied in detail VVGetmanov ( 2006) is
a very important and unique to the sociology of the country.
Social needs of employees cover a wide range of issues: improving the
working and living conditions of workers and their families, the organization
of health care, social and cultural services as well as in other similar areas.
Contents of the totality of social infrastructure every enterprise
requires a lot of money, so for optimization as well as to meet the social
needs of workers in the enterprise should make a plan of social development, i.e.,
reasonable, financial and material support system of measures aimed at
improving the social structure of frames improving working and living
conditions of all categories of workers, their social and cultural services,
increasing labor activity. Nevertheless, the study of infrastructure is
important not only in production but also in the social and cultural life of society.
Need to be able to give citizens greater freedom of action in various
organizations, as well as provide their own activities, based on their own
interests.
One of the prerequisites for effective personnel management of the
enterprise is the prediction of changes in the social structure of the
workforce. Thus, the establishment of the necessary relations of different
categories of employees by sex and age is intended to ensure the timely needs
of modern production in the frames. The nature and content of the work, which
has been steadily and rapidly changing under the influence of scientific and
technological and organizational progress, require the same dynamic and improve
the professional qualifications of the personnel structure . Therefore, in the
scheme of social enterprise development should include measures to increase the
level of special education workers, reduce turnover.
This paper attempts to show the importance of infrastructure as an
integral part of the market and the need to study it for the success of
sustainable development and the functioning of market mechanisms because social
infrastructure and social activities of the company. Social needs of employees
cover a wide range of issues: improving the working and living conditions of workers
and their families, the organization of health care, socio - cultural services
as well as in other similar areas. Contents of the totality of social
infrastructure every enterprise requires a lot of money, so for optimization as
well as to meet the social needs of workers in the enterprise should make a
plan of social development, it means reasonable, financial and material support
system of measures aimed at improving the social structure of personnel,
improvement of working and living conditions of all categories of workers,
their socio-cultural services, increased labor activity. Nevertheless, the
study of infrastructure is important not only in production but also in the
social and cultural life of society. Need to be able to give citizens greater freedom
of action in various organizations, as well as provide their own activities, based
on their own interests. It should be noted that the transition to a market
economy is not finished. Many of the market mechanisms and laws are still in
the process of forming and operating at full capacity.
On the basis of this study, we proposed some recommendations. First of
all, to complete this process to come to a stable and regulated market, it is
necessary to examine the current market institutions the story of their origin,
to identify their weaknesses and develop recommendations to improve their
functioning. This series of questions will be discussed on the basis of
economic, social and public figures, and conclusions arising from the
fluctuations observed during the study.
