Determination the level of  professional training of future engineers APC   in the learning process

In identifying level of the professional competence of future engineers APC , the teacher can work out algorithm of its work with a group of students of each level. So , when working with students who have low ( reproductive ) level of professional training, teacher  must : identify reasons of the low professional motivation ;- convince in  the practical significance of knowledge and skills by basic disciplines in the future professional activity;-  offer the  tasks that do not require a rapid transition from one activity to another;- To promote and  be based on the questions asked by the students  ; can use the method - permission of joint making of the tasks ;- To create the conditions of success of the  learning activities.

When working with students having a mean (productive ) and  enough (search ) levels, teacher  ought to focus  students   on the necessity of the use of basic knowledge and skills in future professional activity. Need to offer  practice and professional tasks , business games, encourage desire of students  to a deeper study of educational material in the lessons and especially on self-study .The purpose of working with these students  is transfer them to a higher level of training and quality  of learning, that is, on the creative level.

When working with students having high (creative) level, teacher ought to:

- Meet the needs of students in creative activities by solving the educational and professional tasks.   Teacher focuses main attention of the students on the self-formation of readiness for professional activity;

- Raise demands for the quality of work;

- Encourage active work in the scientific - research work of students (SRWS).

In this way, we found that the formation of professional competence of future engineers APC is complex and multi-step process, which requires from professors and teaching staff persistent and hard work. This process will be more effective if students realize the importance and necessity of the study of basic disciplines for future professional activities.

Determination of professional training  of future engineers APC  in  process teaching  of the basic disciplines, allows  the pedagogical staff of the university to correctly diagnose this difficult education of  identity ; timely detect contradictions and dynamics of the process of  the professional training  of students during study;  strenuously investigate effectiveness of the impact of pedagogical conditions on the emerging identity of the future engineer;

For evaluation each mark, used the following methods:1) the method of expert estimates used for determine the degree of maturity of professional motives and interests. 2) we used the interview method for determine the degree of maturity of needs of the students in the use of the basic knowledge and skills in professional activity .

We determined independence in choice of methods and ways to solve educational and professional tasks by the degree of help teacher during when students do tasks (method by I.S. Karasova [1]): full independence, partial independence, solving tasks under the supervision of a teacher.

We have tested maturity of components of scientific and technical creation by the method of peer review.

Professional competence by basic disciplines was determined by appropriate tests in the final stage of training. The test was a tool that allows with high degree of reliability to obtain objective results of the level of training students by basic disciplines. [2]

Maturity of the skill to model different aspects of the objects studied in professional environment was measured by method expert judgment (on a five point scale). Reliability of expert assessments was achieved through consistency of expert opinions, if two any experts, working independently of each other, are equally able to assess the same work, then their opinions were considered consistent.

Maturity of the students' ability to exercise self-esteem own professional training was carried out using questionnaire and non-standardized interviews.

So, the identified indicators of levels of professional competence of future engineers APC, allows us to do analysis and give unbiased assessment to the results of experimental work.
