The management of the creative potential of the enterprise team covers the organization of work both in the scientific sphere and in the production team. The main driving force in the innovation process is the person as a carrier of intellectual property. Therefore, the creation of appropriate conditions for the implementation of creative potential of each employee is the basis for building a sustainable organizational formation. Also, when creating the conditions for the implementation of creative potential, it is necessary to direct it towards the achievement of certain system-wide goals. The creative potential of the team, its ability to perceive innovation depends on the level of qualification, education, culture of the personnel of the organization, as well as on the experience of implementing the previous 6 innovations. Realization of creative potential in the system of innovative management is closely connected with information provision.
