 Analysis of competitiveness of «Diadi Tour»  travel company

Nowadays, it is difficult to imagine an effective job of a travel company without its own website. For travel agencies it is  a quick access to the customers. The main requirement for site travel agency is efficiency. The sites of travel agencies need first of all information on specific proposals.

The travel agency «Diadi Tour» was founded in Astana city,the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2011. This travel agency has repeatedly been awarded with many diplomas and certificates.

A preliminary calculation of the competitiveness analysis of the project will  give the opportunity to plan expenses for this project, as well as to foresee the risks and potential problems that may arise in the process of carrying out  the project.

Competitive Analysis is a method of determining the efficiency of production and it allows to evaluate the competitiveness of the products compared with similar products. Comparison of the types of products is produced by the average rating. To do this, the value is set by experts on a five-point scale.

 Furthermore, the significance (the proportion) for each parameter is estimated, provided  that the sum of the proportion  of parameters must be equal to unity.

For the analysis of competitiveness the developed web-site together with such websites as  «mirabilistravel.kz», «riviera.kz» were taken. The evaluation was conducted by two experts (the customers of agencies). The estimates are submitted in accordance with the Tables 1.1-1.3.

In accordance with the Table 1.1,  the estimation of the mirabilistravel.kz web-site of the MirabilisTravel travel agency, which is located in Almaty, Kazakhstan was done. [1] As a result of the assessment the total amount of points  is 4.32 points.

In accordance with the Table 1.2  the  estimation of the riviera.kz web-site of Riviera tour travel agency, which is located in Pavlodar, Kazakhstan was done. [2] As a result of the assessment  the total amount is equal to 4.7 points.

As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn  : The software product meets the requirements of the software products of this kind, and therefore is competitive both in price and quality.
