The Problems of HR-Management in Modern Conditions

Main Principles of Management

Today this theme is very topical for modern managers and enterprises in conditions of market economy. Organization of HR-management plays very important role for effective activity of company.

HR-management was researched by native and foreign scientists: Valeria Zadvorna, Kristina Shebeleva, Abraham Maslowand many others. [2 ,c.12]

The experience and modern practice of Europe and the USA demonstrate that high effectiveness of manageable activity can be achieved in conditions of regular scientific researching in this area, working out of new methods and improving of existing methods and using this innovation in practice [1, с.25].

One of the most important elements of system of HR-management is a human. In theory of management there are many useful terms, which name this element: human resources, staff, human factor and personal sign. But the most topical is staff, because this term is characterized by certain features:

-Interaction of employers and employees, which is registered by official documents.

-Owning of certain duties and using them for achievement of personal and organization aims.

HR-management of enterprises in conditions of market economy regards people as acquirement, as resources, which should be used effectively to achieve economic aim.

The main task of HR-management in modern conditions is combination of effective teaching of staff, and motivation to work and to develop professional skills of employees and stimulation them to work at high level.

Effective management of staff should to be based on the special principles:

1. Mutual confidence between managers and employees, good relations between members of staff.

2. Right correlation of tasks for employee and his abilities.

3. Material and moral stimulation.

4. Independence of employees, they should to realize, that they are responsible for results.

5. Care for psychological and physical state of members of staff.

6. Checking of achievement and results.

Creative activity of staff plays a very important role for successful activity of enterprise in conditions of competition. Many scientists believe that stimulation of staff is complex system of influencing on staff by manager. Today in Ukraine methods of stimulation and motivation are outdated and ineffective and do not match social and economic conditions of our country [3].

Considering at the different methods of staff motivation the main questions is: «What is more effective for system of HR-management –methods of reward for the job done well or the punishment for failure to act, or not enough good jobs? » In my opinion professional manager should choose combination of methods individually for each employee according to his special features.

According to scientific researches in89% of cases the method of rewarding for the good job leads to achievement of the aim [4, c.18].

However, I keep thinking, that it is possible to create new effective methods and combination of methods for improvement of system of management for achievement of aims.

To sum up it is necessary to underline that there are many methods and principles, which are used around of the world for increasing effectiveness of management. Managers from different countries use different methods, but main principles are used everywhere. However many methods and forms of management have not been invented and I believe, that a lot of talented young managers and scientists will continue researching in this area.
